Well..The only time I can say I really hate it is when it's abused by an opponent. there are some ways to combat it like Faint Attack which never misses or Haze but not all Pokemon can learn those moves. Also there are X Accuracy too also for Accuracy you can switch Pokemon..but of course they keep doing it..also there's Keen Eye Ability Pigeot and Sableye but they both also other abilities as well....Anyway for me I'll admit against the game..it can get a tad annoying..because it becomes more of luck and I've tried it sometimes the opponent can't touch your Pokemon or Sometimes The moves will continue to hit despite lowering accuracy/heightening evasiveness..It seems more about luck than the other stats..maybe except lowering Attack because you can lower attack as low as it can go but still end up getting hit by critical hit..also doing it ends up taking up a lot of time too and it can get tedious but an attack has to hit sometime,no matter how high evasiveness is or low accuracy is right?..
