Actually in my first couple runs I actually skipped it..But anyway in my last three I've done it..and in my last one I even gotten to the highest rank..I thought it was really good for the main story especially early on for the training and the money also for the Pokedex..I kind of wish the gym leaders in the rematches would have had more Pokemon though..especially considering there weren't any (or many it depends I guess) other trainers in the after story and I found the writs to be so confusing..as good as it was in the beginning in the long run it felt a bit repetitive..it seemed like I was facing a lot of the same trainers..I wish there were more Grand Dukes/Duchesses with higher level Pokemon than just Diantha..

I like the Battle Chateau, as it sure comes in handy — especially when it comes to earning the prize money, and when it comes to helping with leveling up my own Pokémon and the ones I get in trades (from either Wonder Trades or the GTS) up to level 100. :)
