Head's up, Pokemon fans.

This Thursday, The Pokemon Company will reveal the highly anticipated June 2 update for the upcoming Pokemon licensed games, Pokemon Sun and Moon for nintendo 3DS.

Now, as you may know that Pokemon Sun and Moon will be the seguinte installments of the Pokemon licensed games based on the massively popular anime/manga franchise in which the licensed games did start the franchise since February 27, 1996.

So, here are five things that we hope to see during the reveal when the details for the upcoming anime/manga franchise licensed games are set to arrive on June 2. There's a lot to look progressivo, para a frente to in terms of talk about legendaries and starter evolutions in The Pokemon Company's long running anime/manga franchise.

Pokemon Sun And Moon are the subject of a huge reveal on June 2, and that's just one week away. In preparation for the occasion, here are five things that we hope to see during the presentation from legendaries to evolutions!

1) Legendary Discussion

When Sun And Moon's starters were revealed, box art of the legendaries came with them. Unfortunately, however, that's all we know. Trademark leaks give us a good idea of their Japanese names, but we're dying to discover how they translate to English. From what we've seen, we're looking at a lion and a bat being the most prized creatures of 2016's games.

In addition to knowing what to call them, their typing is also important. There are assumptions to be made based on the color of each character's art, but let's finally get a confirmation. Something about the legendaries has to happen considering they were essentially teased during the last reveal!

2) Trainer Customization

If seguinte week's details don't revolve around Pokemon specifically, it'd be nice to learn a little bit mais about the customization features that these games might offer. We've discussed this in some of our past lists before, but it doesn't hurt to mention it again. Pokemon Sun And Moon must expand on the character customization suite of X and Y.

That means giving us mais than three face presets and letting us truly design our own trainer in any way we want. Eyes, noses, mouths and clothing choices should be open to all players regardless of what gender they start with. Customization will eventually be a topic of discussion for new items at least, but we hope that it's deeper and that it's focused on soon.

3) Starter Evolutions

We know that Popplio, Rowlet and Litten will be our water, grama and fogo starters for Pokemon Sun And Moon, but what happens when these cute little monsters level up? There's been lots of speculation about how their typology evolves, but the evidence that exists is mais than a little flimsy. Since these new characters are going to define our journey, it'd be nice to learn precisely how they grow.

In terms of being revealed in June, however, that doesn't seem likely. Typically starter evolutions are one of the very last things that The Pokemon Company showcases before new titles are released. It probably won't happen, but that doesn't stop us from hoping that it does!

4) At Least One New Pokemon

Those that watched Sun And Moon's starter trailer closely will know that a new Pokemon was teased from behind, so, that being said, let's hope for at least one formal creature reveal in June. The final games assumingly offer dozens of new creatures to catch, so showing off a couple at all future reveals shouldn't spoil much.

These are Pokemon games after all, so the monsters should always be center stage. Mixing them with something like trainer customization would offer a really well-rounded view of the experience.

5) Something Gameplay Related

We've seen tiny snippets of Sun And Moon gameplay, but it'd be pretty cool to get an in-depth look at a portion of it over the seguinte few days. Japanese sources have already offered a taste of the battle interface, so maybe we can actually see it in motion. Any sort of scripted demo section would be greatly appreciated.

There's plenty of time for The Pokemon Company to show off gameplay closer to release though, so it may not happen in June. That's why we're simply hoping for any small snippet we can get.

Pokemon Sun And Moon come to nintendo 3DS on Nov. 18.

Now then, let's talk about my 2 pretictions for the upcoming 2016 licensed games from The Pokemon Company shall we?

1. Amiibo - When the Pokemon Sun and Moon box art revealed, there's no Amiibo logo. Quite disappointing. I'm sure the box arts are not final. Well come to think of Amiibo, it would be so cool to support all the Amiibos for Pokemon Sun and Moon. Example: when you use an Amiibo on Pokemon Sun and Moon only the Pokemon that is obtainable in Pokemon Sun and Moon will be inherit from the Amiibo. Pokemon not found in Pokemon Sun and Moon and Pokemon that is exclusive to the opposite game cannot be inherit from an Amiibo. So urso in that.

2. Make the games rated E10+ - This is what I appreciate. Make the games Everyone 10+ rated. Why? Because Pokemon games started to overrate the E rating and never stops. E10+ should've been the ESRB rating because the E10+ rating fits both games quite nicely. Enough said.

Oh yeah, one mais thing: on May 15, new Pokemon Sun and Moon image reveals changes to battle screen.

A Japanese televisão show teased mais new features for Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon, the two newest additions to the popular anime/manga franchise. Yesterday, the Pokemon-focused show Pokenchi revealed a new image from the new game that showed several subtle new additions to Pokemon Sun and Moon's battle system in the upcoming Pokemon licensed games.

The image of the new battle system seemingly confirms that players will able to see opposing trainers commanding their Pokemon in battle. Previously, trainers could only be seen before and after battle, and (with few exceptions) were never 3D animated. While this is hardly a revolutionary change, it's a subtle touch that adds a bit mais realism to Pokemon battles. Some bystanders can also be seen standing to the side, which indicates that some battles will actually have audiences similar to the Pokemon anime. A new HP bar can also be seen with a "paint stroke" background in the upper right hand corner.

As the screen shot shows a battle on a raised stage, it raises some interesting perguntas about Pokemon Sun/Moon. Will the new games mover away from the generic backgrounds used in Pokemon X/Y and Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire? Will there be a smoother transition from the overworld map that players travel through and the fixed battle screens? The Pokemon Company promised mais information seguinte month, which is tomorrow.

Oh boy, sounds exciting. Plus, the Pokemon fanbase is going strong. Sure, the fanbase is not perfect. But compared to another fanbase, like I would say, that terrible Sonic fanbase, the Pokemon fanbase is quite different since the fanbase has evolved. While no fanbase is perfect, the fanbase has aged well. I can't wait for Pokemon Sun and Moon.

What do you want to see in seguinte week's Pokemon Sun And Moon reveal? Will legendaries and evolutions be shown? Tell us in the pesquisa and comments section!
