On Pokemon X what Genger should I be you choose Boy or Girl and should I choose Finnekon the fogo type when it comes out and I am not picking Frookies sorry

I say choose whichever you want to play as. And as for fennekin, same thing, if you want, im choosing froakie though. I cant wait.

No one will know which starter pet is best until the games actually come out.

On the gender, I buy both games (easy way to catch & trade) & make each trainer a different gender.

Whateve gender you are and if you buy both games then choose both genders and the 2 different starters
I imagine Chespin would have better defenses and attack then Fennekin while Fennekin has faster speed and special attack
or Chespin could be great with specials too! Idk for sure.
