I was born into a Pagan family, but they were loosely "pagan", no defined tradition (e.g. Wicca, Asatru, Odinist, etc) but I decided Wicca was my path, and I have followed it ever since. Having said that, I do take my inspiration from lots of belief systems. I have little statues of Buddha, Ganesh, Odin, Isis, and even Jesus. My Brazilian friend brought me the tiny wooden statue of jesus back from Rio so it's kind of special, I think about her when I look at it. However you celebrate your faith/belief system/religion or however long you've been in it doesn't matter. What matters is what you believe and know to be right. Blessed Be!

I have been different from my whole family all my life. My parents are not Pagan, and I was not raised under any organized religion, but when I discovered the Occult around the age of 12 or 13, I was hooked. I still read everything spiritual that interests me, whether its about Wicca, Paganism, Buddism, or any kind of spellcasting. I try not to pick just one thing, but I probably lean mais towards being a Witch than anything else. Blessed Be!

Well as a kid my grandmother asked me and my sisters if we wanted to be witches. Of course we said yes... so i guess i have been taught since i was about 9.. im almost 16 now and i feel like this is whats right for me. Unfortunetly my twin sister finds that she needs to be a Catholic but im not complaining. Hopefully this will be a life long thing :D

Since I was in high school ive held an interest in paganism, wicca, spirituality and other mysticism. I believe in several different belief systems other than just the one as I was raised Christian and I still hold to some of Christian given traditions...just go with what you believe in and what interests you i spose :)

Well, I'd say that I am a pagan born into a family of christains, but I only started realizing that I'd always been Pagan at coração about five months ago.
It started with some book reserch. I needed some information in Paganism for one of the books I'm writing, and as I read about it more, the mais it made sense and agreed with the things that I'd been told I had just come up with as a todler. (I had gone around on natal and easter saying things like "Why do you all worship one god whem there are many?" and "The pentagram isn't the sign of Satan.") And from then on, I went from "Athiest" to Pagan step por step, and I'm glad I did, even though I cant really express myself in a town full of pinheads.

I have probably been a wiccan for just over a ano now. No one in my family knows. I know they would except it because my family wants me to choose but I don't know how to tell them because I might change my mind so I am still waiting till I am sure.

My family is Native American, so it was only natural that my mother raised me as a Pagan.
When it comes to Paganism, I've been one my whole life. But as for Wicca, I've been studying it for little over two years. I had declared myself through a círculo a solitary Wiccan and will have reached the First Degree seguinte Beltane.

Well, actually, I'm not Pagan. I joined this spot because Paganism has been an interesting topic to learn about, ever since I read a book about a Christian girl who turned Pagan and described all of her troubles between her family and her choice of religion.

I am only a thirteen-year-old Catholic, so I don't know what path I'm going for, but I know cristianismo isn't the right path for me. I might just go without any organized religion and flow my own way through life, but who knows. All I know is that I want a religion that doesn't frighten me into following the religious boundaries, such as cristianismo and its Hell. I haven't looked too much into it yet, but Wicca seems to be a good choice so far.

I comes from a family of Christians/Atheists/Idealists/Scientoligists. My grandmother (who is still alive today) is a Christian por choice, but she is also what we know as 'Hedge Witch' casting 'spells' por using herbs from her garden and so forth. She does this purely to help people, medicinal. And yes many Christians believe that doing 'spells' is wrong, but i guess my grandma has an open mind.
My mother is a scientologist, she believes in science first and foremost, but she has always been open to my religion and often practises with me.
As for the rest of my family, they are either Athiests who don't believe in anything, or Idealists who want to see solid proof before believing in anything.
As for me, i began to start on other religions including Paganism when i was 9. I didn't become a fully fledged Pagan (worshipping and practising) until 13. por that time i'd had enough experience of all religions to find the one that suit me best :)

Hm. Well, I was raised Christian, although it was never strictly enforced.

My mother started studying various types of Paganism when I was about six, so I grew up with a lot of Pagan influence, and it was always a path that I felt the most connected to. I've only recently started practicing and labeling myself Asatruar/Pagan/Heathen, though.
