I can't see Tony going over to FBI, as he has a lot of animosoty towards that agency.

However, I could see him taking Gibbs' place if anything should ever happen to Gibbs again.

As for your comments about Spare Tires and Hair Club, please be serious! Tony may not work out at a gym, but his running around in the field keeps him in good enough shape. Also, if he's already in his 30s (we established his age in "Reville" as 32) he'd be balding already if he were going to lose his hair.

I could actually see him and Ziva running the team jointly -- she would never stand to take orders from him, so really that's the only way it could work.
