I sort of wrote this last night in about 5 minutes, so don't expect it to be mind-blowing. It's far from it lol. It hasn't really got a storyline, just a aleatório scribble, that I couldn't get out of my head :)

Stuck in Stationary

You break my spirit,
We build and we break,
Sick of the games,
It's time to explain.

We come this close
to what I think could be
something real.

You run and I hide,
We're falling behind,
It's time to catch up,
to where we're meant to be.

Stuck in stationary,
Both pushing forward,
But we're still the same,
Time to try harder.

You say life was meaningless,
My mind's blown, I'm speechless,
Things are looking up,
I don't wanna leave this to just dumb luck.

Time to make a move,
For things to improve,
Why can't you see,
What everyone believes?

I'm ready to say,
the things I've been scared to,
but I'm scared it won't come out,
Should I tell you?

You found out,
I'm glad,
You amor me too,
Now I'm not sad.
