Larry the Cable Guy Pergunta

Is this a great review or what?!

Really, do you think this is a great review or what?
"With all due disrespect to Jeff Foxworthy, Larry Whitney (aka Larry the Cable Guy) is the truest face of redneck comedy's suddenly fever-pitch success. But what's kind of amazing about LTCG is that he seems to pride himself on representing a certain kind of ... more"classic" American man in the face of a rapidly changing culture (which apparently constitutes being explicitly racist, dressing like a gay male stripper and enjoying reruns of "Hill rua Blues"). When in reality, his barrel-scraping bits actually take issue with some of our country's most fundamentally democratic ideas, as evidenced in a popular Cable Guy natal Carol, in which the trucker-chic ícone wishes that all immigrants would "come and get them green cards and learn some damn English and then how to drive." Even in 1776, Larry would have been an ignorant bully." -
