Ansem SoD took over his body, not his heart. Riku's coração apparently went to the dark realm after Ansom SoD took over. Thus why he was on the other side of the door.
No he doesn't. He didn't turn into a heartless so he doesn't have one. Kairi has one because Sora turned into a heartless por giving her back her coração from what I understand.
