Kay, I need this answered ASAP if possible. :D

I've just finished Kingdom Hearts Birth por Sleep (all three characters) HOORAY!!! [it was SOOO EPIC]

It's just that it completely slipped my mind.. That I forgot to install it in my PSP! And I was wondering. If I install it now, will my saved games still be there?
Please help, and please give me the RIGHT answer. I don't want my hard work accidentally wiping out.
