Oh wow! What I love most about this little snippet is that it's under TV High-Lights of the week, and instead of mentioning anything about Cuddy&baby or the 13/Foreman smooch we've been hearing so much about, it focuses on "a special moment between House and Cuddy" as being the high-light. For that reason alone my expectations for Huddy this episode have unwisely sky rocketed!

Yes, spoilers are a bad addcition...
I always wonder if I'd enjoy more watching House's episodes without spoilers....the answer is pretty obvious..with the element of surprise...the episodes would be way more enjoyable..but how do they expect us to survive one whole week without anything to look towards for??

Thing is...we sort of already knew this episode would have HUddy special moments..remember? There was another spoilers telling us that, weeks ago. That one saying a big twist into House's and Cuddy's relationship was going to happen in this episode.
