Good. I read some early comments last night. It was helpful. So..off to read her perspective..her "take," which is usually measured & forward looking. Thanks.
Edit: Worth reading. I feel the same way as BB about the episode suffering from the movie bits NOT flowing out of the storyline as they evolved naturally in Three Stories..rather seemed..in my words, "overkill," "injected, " "force fed," "heavy handed," especially (imo) on the heels of Two Stories..where we also saw a multitude of movie references. I was hoping for more of a balance of dialogue between the characters of House & Cuddy..rather than so much emphasis on the subconscious. However, now these dreams..or darkest of fears are out in the open..which will give a new impetus..direction for the next phase of House's recovery..or demise.
Sorry so long.
I don't know what I feel anymore. I just read BB's article plus most of the readers' comments. There is SO MUCH turmoil among fans that it worries me. And I feel The Powers That Be are just plain mean and insensitive. I thought it was a great episode, though the ending made me profusely sad. I feel put through the ringer, like I just can't take anymore.
