there is an actor listed as Rachel Cuddy "dream" and then the regular twins that play Rachel. Does Cuddy dream of Rachel growing up without her? Maybe House considers the worst case scenario happening and considers adopting Rachel because of this. I agree--drama is good as long as it turns out okay :) I looked her up--Emily Hahn--she's around 9/10 years old.

@mysus i wouldnt be surprised if that happens. i am SO flippin excited for this you have no idea. i really feel like this episode will be big for cuddy and huddy. however, im still wondering how the taub storyline will fit on top of it because thats gonna be a lot to cover in 41-43 minutes...i guess we shall see!

Maybe something that COULD be cancer. Like a lump in her breast, or something. That's why the team isn't on the case as she's having a secret biopsy and there's no confirmed problem yet. That would also mean that TPTB don't have to actually have Cuddy seriously ill, but can explore House's thinking she might die.

maybe its something like a hysterectomy, i believe there is a rumor where house contemplates adopting rachel. maybe this is the turning point.

Just had a horrible thought... What if Cuddy's bombshell illness is terminal? And like, soon terminal. Soon enough that House wouldn't be terrified at marrying her, as he knows it's seriously short-term. *PANICS*

@cami I know! its frustrating sometimes! i miss the amazing ot3 moments...maybe we will have some with episode 15 though. house might be angsting about cuddy and wilson angsting about both of them, that would be be good :)

what if cuddy is dying then house feels like marrying her as what as @InLoveWithHuddy has said, then after all the drama, we're back to miserable house. he'd try to adopt the little one but eventually, wilson would be the one adopting rachel. ;)) i know, please don't kill me. just a random thought. huddylove to you all xDD

stop this! you guys are freaking me out... this is an impossible story line! Cuddy is not going anywhere...come on... maybe House is just scared to loose her and he considers adopting rachel because is afraid.. or whatever els not including Cuddy dying at episode 15!!!

@giubicri peace out. ;) but as far as i want the story to go on, i'd rather have cuddy dying AND be married with house, than her staying alive AND having to have the breakup. THAT i couldn't take. T-T am i being that cruel to ask for it? ;'(

a bit... ;) although.. dying people suck. Especially when they are the main characters. I would go for a different finale. Break up, House miserable, Cuddy alive and the glorious return of Vicodin!

@InLoveWithHuddy I think that would make House WANT to marry her because he would be like "OMG I wasted 20 years and we could've been happy longer." But ya I'm freaking out too.

@kaseleh Cuddy had so much trouble getting pregnant the first time around I don't think thats it.
