Wilson: Late night?
Cuddy: You could say that.
Wilson: What happened?
(Cuddy paused for a moment.)
Cuddy: Nothing.
(Cuddy walked past him and into the clinic, while Wilson pondered for a moment before retiring back to his office.)

It wasn’t until 2pm when House finally entered his office, throwing his casaco on his chair before collapsing on his ottoman.
Foreman spotted him from the Team’s office, and barged in on him.
Foreman: What the hell’s wrong with you? We got a woman dying and you want to sleep?
House: Bad night.
(House tried to sleep, while Foreman took charge, leaving with the team.)...
