"Why do you hate chá so much?" Cuddy asked him as she joined him on the sofa.
"It was all my grandma ever had in her house for the summer. I got sick of it." House replied as he sipped his cocoa.
Cuddy leaned deeper against the cushions and propped her feet on the coffee table.
"Drinking chá helps me relax..."
"You look as exhausted as I feel." He said as he put his cup down and sat a bit closer to her. Their hands lay side por side but not touching.
"Two donor meetings, an explosive board meeting, and Rachel didn't fall asleep until, well, fifteen minutos before you knocked."
House smirked and lay his head seguinte to hers against the sofa pillows.
"But I'm a breath of fresh air in that long list of irritants."
"You wish." She retorted with a grin.
"You know, you haven't asked me why I'm here. It is almost 1am."
"You usually tell me...I'd rather skip the tiring deflections."
"And here I thought banter was our form of foreplay." He said with a dramatic look of concern. Cuddy folded her arms across her chest.
"Get to it already." She said nonplussed.
House let out a sigh and pulled out a piece of paper from his pocket and handed it to her.
Cuddy opened the paper up and began to read to herself. She then looked up at House shocked.
"You won an all expense paid trip to Tahiti?!"
"Some contest I entered a few months atrás at that boring medical conference in Idaho...So, you wanna go?" He asked with a nonchalence that he wished was mais believable.
She smiled shyly at him and kissed his cheek softly.
"We haven't even 'talked' about what we're doing...We haven't even consummated our, well, whatever this thing is between us."
"Can't that be what the trip is for? Unless you wouldn't be adverse to steamy sofá sex." He said as he propped his feet seguinte to hers and leaned his head against her shoulder.
Cuddy laughed and nudged his head lightly with her own.
"It's in less than a week. I still need to find someone to watch Rachel, get packed, make sure everything in the hospital is covered..."
"The answer to all your needs is Wilson."
"He would babysit her for a week?"
"He already promised me that he would...Dora is at the conference in Fresno for a week and he needs something to keep his mind off of her. He loves the little pooper so..."
"Okay. But what about the hospital?"
"Wilson will oversee things with Cameron. It's all set up...All you have to do is accept my invitation."
Cuddy turned to look up at him. His stare was heavy with seriousness. She could tell he was worried he'd crossed a line she wasn't ready to be crossed yet. But seeing him so genuine and nervous made her smile.
"I accept." She said as she pulled him down to meet her lips."
After a few deep kisses the two pulled back.
"Great. You accept...So, hot sofá sex?"

"You can wait a week."
"But Mom!!!"

"Just sleep. Nothing more...but you can hold me tight." She said with smirk as she headed toward her bedroom.

Okay, this poem is basically in Cuddy's POV kind of to House. I wrote it to be kind of Cuddy's personal thing, but of course, it turned into Huddy. My first artigo on this spot AND Huddy poem, so please tell me what you think! It's short and might be a bit confusing at first, but here it goes;
