As Cuddy was frantically trying to get jantar ready, she was nervous about Arlene and Blythe coming for jantar and also a little sad that House would be leaving the seguinte morning for Mexico.

"Yes it most certainly is and we are very proud of our religion."

They returned to the living room where both mothers were ready to leave. House helped his mom on with her casaco and thanked her for coming.

She looked back at him with squinted eyes but she knew something had changed in him. Their eyes never left each other as they stood at the door.

“I know that.”
She put her arms around him just a bit, as he tensed just slightly. Don’t blow it because she loves you.
He nodded as he she stepped away and walked out the door.
He went into the living room where Cuddy was holding Joseph and Rachel was curled up into her. Rachel had fallen asleep and as House leaned down he picked her up and carried her to bed. When he returned he informed Cuddy that she had a warm bath and that he would take Joseph and put him to sleep.
When she returned into the room after taking a bath he was holding Joseph and he had actually went to sleep with him in his arms. The picture of it took her breath away. She could hardly believe she was looking at the same man she had wanted since the first time she had saw him and he was now holding “their” baby. He was the man she wanted. She could finally just be honest with herself and acknowledge he was the only man she would ever be able to love. She gently removed Joseph from his arms but he awoke immediately.
“I am going to put him to bed.” Go lay down and I will be in a few minutes.
“Are you sure you want me to stay Cuddy?
Yes, “I don’t ever want you to leave.”
She took Joseph in and laid him down and returned to the bedroom to find that House sitting on the edge of the bed.
She sat down beside him and he noticed she had put the ring back on.
He took her hand and he held it for moment and then brought it to his lips and as he kissed her hand gently. He then ran his hands through her hair as he looked deeply into her eyes.
He tried to speak but the moment was too overwhelming to find any words that would convey how he felt. As she looked into his eyes she knew what was in his heart.
It’s our time House. After all that we have been through it is finally our time. You’ll always be the dia I fell in love.

As they arrived at the airport Cuddy was trying to prepare herself to say good-bye. He took the hand that was wearing the promise they had made to each other.
