Cuddy looked to House. "I think you should call your mother to see how he is doing." House had told her. "I think that would be a good idea." Cuddy reached over and dialed the number on the hospital phone. It rang three times and her mother, Rose picked up the phone. "Hello?" Rose said. "Hi, mom, it's me." "Hi, baby, I heard you got into a wreck, are you ok?" She asked. "Yea, I'm fine, so is House and Rachel." Rose smiled on the other end of the phone, you could hear it in her voice. "Thats good." "Is there something to be happy about mom?" She asked because she knew that her father was dying. "Honey, you're father is going to live. He made it through his cancer. We were just on our way over to tell you.." Cuddy stopped her dead in her sentence. "Really?" This made Cuddy very happy, she was always daddy's little girl. "Hun, we'll be there in just a few minutes." "Ok, amor you, bye."
House looked at Cuddy with a grin on his face. He heard what was going on. "I'm happy your father is going to live. Even though he never did like me." "Well, thats because you were always older than me, and any dad hates to see any guy with his baby girl." House chuckled. "I can't blame him for being worried about you." "What do you mean?" She gave him a werid look. "Have you looked at yourself. Those funbags, that tight, beautiful bunda of yours. Any guy would be willing to hit that." Cuddy slapped him playfully on the arm. "Would you please not act like that around my parents, please?" House gave her a smirk. "Now why would I do that?" "Because I know you, I know how you are." Cuddy giggled as she talked. "You do have a point there."
House and Cuddy rested their voices for a while, waiting on her parents. Each other them had groggy voices from being awake so long. But, just as they were getting ready to speak, Rose and Pete Cuddy walked through the hospital room door. "Hello, dear." Rose said as she smiled at her daughter. Pete keep eyeing House as if they had been doing something that was wrong. Like Lisa said, dads were always OVERPROTECTIVE. "So, honey, I heard that you and.. um.. Greg were together." House spoke up this time. "Why yes we are. And I couldn't be happier. I amor her to death." "Yea, well, after you get better, we are going to have a talk." House chuckled. "DAD!" Cuddy was getting mad at her father. "If you will excuse me, I have to use the restroom now."
Everyone nodded. House had forgot that the gowns at that hospital had to be held together, he didn't, it showed everything. Cuddy laughed her head off, as her mother did too, while her father on the other hand was mad. "Sorry." House said as he held the vestido and limped into the restroom that was located in his room. "Why do you like this guy?" Pete asked as House was in the restroom. "Because, I amor him. You don't have to have a reason, I amor him for everything he is." He snickerd. "Yea right." "It's true, dad."
The seguinte thing they hear was a thump in the bathroom. "OH! House." Cuddy ran in and saw him sezing. "CALL A CODE!" She yelled as her mother hit the button on the bed. "Just leave him there." Nurses ran in and took care of him, while Cuddy was crying into her mother's shoulder. It wasn't long after, that Doctor Cooper Jakeson walked in to talk to Cuddy. "We need to do a MRI of his head, but it doesn't look good. Greg has slipped into a coma, and we don't know if he is going to wake up." Thats when Cuddy broke down mais than she ever had before, and thats the moment, where she passed out.
