harry potter Pergunta

Do you imagine the books differntly after seeing the movis?

I read every book befoer the movie came out and imagined everything differently then how it is in the movies. But when I read the books after i saw the films it's hard to imagine everythitng like I did.
Is it the same for you?

I've also read the books before the filmes came out and I imagined some of the characters to be VERY different from what they were like in the movies.

After having watched the filmes too I was picturing SOME characters in a different way, but not all of them. Quite funny, isn't it?

For example when I read the books now Ron, Lucius Malfoy, Snape,Hagrid, Professor Sprout or Madam Hooch for example look like they did in the movies.

But other characters remain like I pictured them before like Sirius, Bellatrix, Narcissa, Umbridge, Dumbledore, Voldemort....

strange thing isn't it?

No,because the filmes leave out to many important details. But I do see,Harry,Hermione and Ron as Daniel,Emma and Rupert.

Yes and no. Some things were so ingrained in my head from the books that I can't picture them any other way, regardless of what the filmes do (like certain spells). But others I can't imagine them being anything other than how the movie portrays them (the way certain places look, the way certain characters look and sound).
