SNSD Becomes First Girl Group to Host Own Show

SNSD will host their own TV show with new cable channel jTBC, it was announced on November 15. The show tentatively titled “SNSD Show” will have all nine members as the main host, making them the first K-Pop girl group to have their own show. In Japan, idol band SMAP has their own TV show, “SMAP X SMAP,” but no idol band has hosted its own show in Korea yet.

Seohyun Cast in ‘Moon Lovers’ Drama

Seohyun has been cast in a new SBS drama, “Moon Lovers”. “Moon Lovers” is a Korean adaptation of a Chinese novel named “Bu Bu Jing Xin”, which was also made into a Chinese drama known as “Scarlet Heart” in 2010 and 2011.

“Moon Lovers” will estrela actor Lee Junki and singer IU. Seohyun will play the role of Princess Woohee. This will be Seohyun’s segundo drama, following “Passionate Love”.

Seohyun to estrela in Chinese Film, ‘So I Married an Anti-fan’

Seohyun has been cast in a Chinese film, “So I Married an Anti-fan”, in the role of a trainee junior. EXO’s Chanyeol will be the lead actor on the movie. “So I Married an Anti-fan” is based off of webtoon of the same name, which is about a celebrity who falls in amor with a reporter.
Filming for “So I Married an Anti-fan” has already begun. Seohyun was seen leaving Korea on November 2nd to travel to China for filming. She returned to Korea on November 4th.
