Catwoman was one of the earliest batman villains to be created. She was created shortly after Hugo Strange and the Joker. She has gone on to be a regular and prominent character in the batman franchise. Over the years, she's blurred the line between evil and good. Sometimes, she's one of Batman's enemies. Other times, she's working with Batman. The 2000's comics took things to a new level where batman trusted Catwoman with the knowledge of his secret identity.
