Ok, I'm not Goth or Emo, so what EXACTLY IS the difference(s) between the 2? PLZ ANSWER CAUSE I HAVE A GOTH FRIEND AND AN emo FRIEND. AND I'M TOO CHICKEN 2 ASK THEM.

Honestly they're both just different styles/fads. música associate with say emo is emotional lyrics with a rock feel, gótico música is mais metal. Clothing and style wise emo is just black skinny jeans and a black band t-shirt, black hair with a long swept over fringe. Goth is mais black with a dark purple or red, flowy long clothing, dark lipstick/eyeshadow (emo it's just thick black eyeliner). Goth is mais of a classical interests, old books, old horror movies...emo is just an average teenager.

That's how it was say..7 years atrás or so, it's changed a lot now and people just dress a way to fit in with others moreso than back then.

it just is different style, like the music, clothes, things you like. it also depends on how you act and who u hang wit. im emo cuz of those things.

im emo and the difference is huge.they do theyre makeup and clothes differently.

the makeup, clothes, additude, but some música they have in common. the música is basically the only thing that's pretty much the same.
