My father just looked up at me, then stared at his hands like he was before.

"She's gone" my mother replied bluntly.

"Gone?" I asked, "Where?"

"She got..." my mother walked out of the room, leaving an uneasy tension between me and my father in her wake.

"The police have taken her" my father said steely.

"But... why?" I asked, desperately wanting to know why she had been taken from us.

"You can ask her yourself when you visit her tomorrow" my mother said lightly while coming back into the living room, sitting down on our creame sofa....

(TDI, TDA and TDWT never happened)

I was toppled over por scrapbooks, ribbons, medals and a big canvas bag when I opened the closet door. What really caught my eye was the huge canvas sack that almost pulverized my leg. I wrenched myself out and pulled the bag over to my bed. I dug out my little sister's, Cookie's (her real name is Charlise), little plastic "Sheriff" badge and giggled. I placed it down and pulled out an unopened letter that I never have seen before. I opened and read it:

Dear Miss Courtney Langerak,

Thank you for help saving our ranch from MorcuCorp! We really appreciate your concern for all of the cavalos and the ranch. You are welcome to come here anytime!

I gasped when this, this, magnificent being came out from behind a tree, i didn't even realise he was an ogre, i was just transfixed por his absolutely amazing cerceta, verde-azulado eye's.
