Hello guys!! To those who recognize me, I hope you're all doing well! I've been busy with college apps and life in general, but I've been well! To those who don't, nice to meet you! I used to frequent this site a couple years ago. :) Anyway I'm just going to go straight into the review! There won't be any large plot type spoilers, but if you want to go in knowing absolutely nothing, I would recommend not reading!

~~~~~~~
I just got início from seeing this beautiful film and I need to let out all my feelings somewhere, but hopefully this will be somewhat coherent and not come across as a giant rant with paragraph breaks. I have such a huge smile on my face as I write this, because this movie just made me so damn happy!
The Soundtrack
Guys this movie sounds breathtakingly beautiful. The score, the songs, it all just creates an environment and immerses you immediately into the Polynesian culture. Getting some fresh blood with Lin-Manuel, the creator of Hamilton (which also has an 11/10 soundtrack), was such a great idea and it really brought a brightness that I loved. The entire soundtrack just put a smile on my face. There's a force that comes with these songs, a power behind them, that I really enjoy. There's also no shortage of reprises, and I amor a good reprise. Even the songs that would generally read as filler like Shiny and You're Welcome just put a huge smile on my face (I loved the revisiting of you're welcome throughout the film, and I have to admit that song is still stuck in my head). Shiny could get some hate, but I don't think it's deserved. The song is showy and glamorous and totally ridiculous and I amor it for what it is.
The way the film uses música to introduce us to the Polynesian culture through Where You Are and We Know The Way is so great. The songs, rather than sounding like filler, are so rich with culture and emotion that you feel immediate immersion into this rich and beautiful culture. Moana herself really carries this though, with How Far I'll Go being both beautiful and infectious, and the reprise being just as powerful. I amor how the movie uses the música to show Moana's character growth. Moana's voice actress does such an incredible job emoting and I'm amazed that she's only sixteen (The Rock also did an incredible job). The score of course didn't disappoint either, adding to the ambiance.
The Animation
It's stunning. Moana is stunning. The ocean is stunning. The island is stunning. It's all just stunning! The bright as cores are so vibrant and plentiful that it's impossible to not be mystified! The entire first half hora of the movie is animation-orgasm worthy! Moana herself is of course stunning. Her hair is so luscious and I amor how disney does different things with it. I definitely think she's the most beautiful 3D princess and disney has really gotten the hang of animating these 3D beauties. She just radiates a certain happiness and loveliness that's infectious.
disney is also willing to go many different places with the animation. Certain song scenes have different animation and mixes of animation and changes with light and texture and it's just really refreshing to see. The way disney plays with light and dark and florescence and blackness is just incredible. There's a fluidity and naturalness to the animation that's really welcome to see in a 3D movie from Disney. The details are another aspect that I think really make the movie, given that they're all shown so much individualized care so that every little bit of it is perfect.
The Characters
I amor Moana. She's just..so great! I feel like I need to watch it many mais times till I can grasp everything that is Moana. She's so fascinatingly multifaceted and she certainly merges the headstrong female character with a welcome sense of insecurity and self doubt that reminds me of Rapunzel (though the characters have many differences). Seeing her journey and how she found her "way" really touched me. I liked seeing how driven she was, but how she was relatable in her wavering and doubt that followed her. The way she could always pick herself up and continue on with her dreams really made me smile though. She almost has to convince herself that she's strong, and she doubts it many times, but she kinda plays the whole "fake it till ya make it" and eventually does get there, which is so beautiful to see. She's stubborn, but not in a way where it endangers others. She's so extremely caring and will do anything for the ones she loves and before I rant on and on about her I'll end it here, but expect a character analysis of her soon! I need a whole artigo to express how much I amor this beautiful girl!!
Maui was a lot better than I thought. I was slightly worried he would be unlikable, but that certainly isn't the case. He's a lot mais than the lovable, slightly snarky sidekick. I loved how we got his backstory and also saw how he too had insecurities and doubts behind that demigod persona. He was so ridiculous and his chemistry with Moana was absolutely perfect. Grandma of course was also absolutely brilliant. I loved how she helped out Moana and led her to be able to find herself. She was a comedic relief type character, but she didn't read as one. She was able to balance both comedy and heart, which I really enjoyed. I'm glad that she played a larger role in the movie than I had thought, and thoroughly enjoyed every scene she was a part of!
Finishing Thoughts
I said this would be mais or less spoiler free, so I won't get into plot, but that's probably where the movie struggles most. Moana isn't doing anything any other disney movie hasn't done, but it's taking all those aspects together and doing something so great with them. Moana herself is so beautiful that the movie would've been great regardless of the movie she was put in, and I'm so hopeful that disney will include her in the princess lineup. As I said, another artigo will be coming, one much mais thought out and not written at 1 AM after getting back from the movie theater, but for now I'll end it on this: If you've seen this movie, please fangirl about it with me in the comments and if you haven't see this movie, please go see it and then proceed to fangirl about it with me in the comments. Thank you so much for reading, have a lovely day/night/evening/afternoon/etc. :)
Since most of the disney princesses are derived from fairy tales they have gone through many transformations before disney took their stab at it. I’m going to use the stories I grew up on as “the original”.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937)
In the original Brothers Grimm story the evil queen tries three times before the poisoned maçã, apple to kill Snow White and fails, ones with a poison comb, once with a murderously tight hair ribbon and another time with a similarly tight corset. Each time she is saved por the dwarves. disney also gets rid of the queens violent smashing of the magic...
Okay so me and Aurora are walking through the woods trying to get as far away from the cottage as possible. We came por the árvore where Aurora goes por to look at the kingdom.
"How about we go to the kingdom" asked Aurora
"No that's a bad idea" I said
"Why" asked Aurora
"It's complicated" I said
"But I've always wanted to go there" said Aurora
"You have" I asked
"Yes I've been looking at the kingdom ever since I was eight wanting to go" said Aurora
"You will go tonight" I said
"Why not now" asked Aurora
"Just wait until tonight when she sun goes down blondie" I said
"But....." started Aurora
This artigo is based on my opinions. I apologize if I hurt anyone’s feelings. That’s the last thing I want to do.
9. Tiana
A lot of people who have Tiana this low think that she’s too serious. Well, I don’t know about that but I think her world is too concentrated on the restaurant and that she’s too narrow-minded. Sure, I like her as a human a little but when she turns into a frog… I don’t know. Her personality changes too much in my opinion. Plus, in my opinion she’s the only princess who is only a little dreamy. I think the rest of them are really dreamy in their own ways...
A/N#1: Listened to the song "Beauty and the Beast" and saw a comment about a piece of the song inspiring someone, so I picked one that always seemed to give me goosebumps...I dont know why this part of the song does...I just think after seeing Belle/Beast from beginning to end...its enchanting to see how nervous about amor both of them are.
Disclaimer: Dont Own the Lyrics, or the characters...or Beauty and the Beast...thei Disney's.
A/N: So I was watching Beauty and the Beast this morning and I read a story
about the prince before he was transformed and it gave me this idea. I
thought it would be interesting to see the individual changes from who the
prince was before to who he was after Belle broke the spell. I also thought that
it would be interesting to see it through the eyes of someone besides Belle
or the prince.
Also I use the name Adam for the prince.
Disclaimer: I do not own Belle or the Beast/Prince/Adam or any of the other
characters...lets just say I do not own Beauty and the Beast. Also I dont remember
ppv and I decided to collaborate together on an article. Here are our favorito Princesses!
9. (DG) Aurora, (ppv) Ariel
DG: Just because Aurora is last on my list doesn’t mean I don’t like her. It all boils down to the fact that she’s not in her film for very long, and I just felt like I didn’t get to know her as well as some of the others on my list. She’s pretty, but in a generic way. My favorito thing about Aurora is that she’s a hopeless romantic.
ppv: Ariel is a childish and funny girl with fantastic voice (one of best voices among disney Princesses, no doubt), she's...
Well, seeing as this is the disney Princess spot, we spend a lot of time talking about the actual princesses and princes, but what about where they came from?
NUMBER NINE: Meeko
I think a lot of people think he's really cute and everything, but I kinda just kind him annoying.. and I haven't seen Pocahontas in a while, so this is just going por memory, but I don't really remember him doing much in the movie, other than eating John's comida :P
NUMBER EIGHT: raio, ray
Now, the Princess and the Frog is one of my favourite DP movies, because of the epicly awesome prince, and wonderful princess, but Ray...
They watched from a seguro distance as they saw the mermaid swim up to the de praia, praia carrying Eric. She placed him on the sand and música started to play softly. Meg raised an eyebrow as Ariel began to sing.
“Puhlease,” she whispered. “Can’t we just sabotage this bit?”
“Think of how to do it and you’re welcome,” Esmeralda replied.
Meg looked around her for something to jog her mind when she saw a man walking along the de praia, praia towards them.
“Who the hell is that?” she asked, pointing.
“Grimsby,” Jane nodded. “He discovers Eric and takes him up to the palace.”...
Everyone else was doing it, so I decided to make one of my own. Please keep in mind I like all of the princesses, just some mais than others. So scroll down and enjoy my article!!!! 9. Aurora
I do like Aurora! Honest! It's just that I don't get to see much of her. I like it when characters show a lot of personality on the big screen, and Aurora did show some, but not much. We see she likes animais and dreams about true love, but that's about it. She could've been higher on my list if she showed mais personality. 8. jasmim
I know know, most of you are probably wondering: "Why is jasmim so...
9. Snow White's Castle
I'm sorry, but the only thing that seems good about this place is that it has a few nice balconies that you can stand on while your man serenades you. Other than that, it's a very dark, eerie castle. Of course it's ran por an evil queen so that makes perfect sense.
8. Prince's Castle (Snow White)
The scene with the Prince's castelo is one of the most beautiful scenes in all disney filmes however, we can't really see it. It seems mais like a mirage made of light in the clouds if you ask me. It's obviously beautiful, but we have no idea what it actually looks like inside....
oi i'm new here so I just want to say that I will give my honest opinion and I probably don't swear half as much as the average teenage girl. I think. Just a little uh...preview of me there hehe.
Moving on, I will evaluate the princes on not only looks but what I found hot about their personalities too since I believe in all that "looks aren't everything" crap. Also keep in mind that this is just MY opinion, some may agree some may not that's your prerogative just please don't fight me about this.
PS: I know I should've put imagens but I just found out how and will probably add them later.
"No you didn't" said Cinderella
"Who let you stay? Gave you food? A room and bed? A roof over your head?" asked Lady Tremaine
Christopher was happy too her finally has a friend and still hasn't told cinderela he's the prince, he felt like he must tell her today. He doesn't think she will care about his power but care about him. They care for each other very much. Back to the story cinderela was danceing in a flor field all day, she didn't pick any because she didn't want to make the field of flores any less beautiful. It's now sunset Christopher is going to tell cinderela he's the prince.
How high does the sycamore grow? If you cut it down, then you'll never know
The daughter of a Native American tribe chief and English soldier share a romance when English colonists invade 17th century Virginia.
Again, Poca is at the bottom of my list. People usually make points that it is aimed at a mais mature audience, and I'm still a kid, so that's probably why I find it boring.
I know there are many cinderela apaixonados out there but she is my least favourite (she doesn't have a rosa, -de-rosa dress por the way.) 8) Mulan
China's heroine. Her hair is very pretty at the beginning, even still cute when it's short. She has an excuse for not being as pretty as the following, disney had to make her to be able to pass off for a man.
9. Pocahontas
