I have been wanting to write this artigo since beginning but it took a lot mais time to find that right kind of dresses for each princess. I amor weddings, the festivity of it, the promises in it, the preparations for it. I'm kind of disappointed that disney hasn't made it a ritual kind of a thing in its movies. Though I understand, different plots need different settings, but I'd still amor to see mais of disney weddings especially in a romantic plot. I so wish especially Aurora's and Snow's wedding, with them finding their prince in the classic fairytale set-up.
Initially I had wanted to design the whole wedding theme for each princess but that is taking way too long, so I have picked out only princess wedding gowns for this article, as of now. The wedding theme is also under working, though. (I'm so excited to work on this).

Part 1 of the artigo is for those princesses who didn't get a formal wedding in their Happy Ever After. Part 2 will be for re-imagining the wedding gowns for those princesses who did get their wedding in original or sequels.

The selection of wedding gowns here is just what I think will suit each princess style based on their body features and their personalities. I haven't taken much into consideration the era for all of them as it was limiting the choices way too much, so I have taken a bit of leeway there.

1. Snow White:
Although she's the first disney princess and most classic of all, but she has a vibrant and energetic side to her personality. She's not as regally composed kind of a person but is rather chirpy and fun-loving but at the same time gentle and sweet and loving. Her signature outfit also reveals her spunk with bright as cores in yellow and blue with a red cape and high neck style. She's also sporting peep-toes, which again speaks about her style being mais chic than classic.
I think she can don a chic look with a cape or chapelaria, capacete, arnês in red, with gloves in red to go with her rosy cheeks and blood red lips. And her's would be pure winter white dress to match her snow white skin.
Or altogether a red wedding gown, it could get too modern for her tastes but she's the only princess who can don a full glory red gown. It may just flatter her looks.

2. Aurora:
Ah, the couple for whom I'd so wanted to see the wedding. She's the mos elegant, most graceful and poised princess of all. Her taste is royal and class and sophistication all the way. Her body structure being tall and composed and slim, I think she would look gorgeous in satin or chiffon skirts with no embellishments but have a the most simplest of elegance. But it should have a soft look to it for her gentle nature and a fall of the saia should not be overly flaired with straighter lines, somewhat pleated maybe.
She should have softest of sleeves, almost like a sheer fabric. I wouldn't want to give her a veil, i want to see her gorgeous hair tumble in soft curls, or if she wants it, then thinnest of veils, just a hint at it.

3. Belle:
My favorito princess! I think she has a bit of frivolous side to her when it comes to dressing. Although most of her dresses are plain and simple but they varies in color a lot - blue, green, pink. Think she likes experimenting. Also, her signature golden vestido is totally different from her regular day-to-day clothes. I think she'd choose something extravagant for special occasions, so does her hairstyle shows. But I don't quite like the specific style of her signature outfit skirt. I like the upper corpete with off-shoulder design in lace. So, I have shown few wedding dresses inspired from her signature style.

But if I were to give her a dress, I'd rather give her softer hues of tulle, and layers and layers of it. I think it would give her the splendour without being overly boisterous. She can do with ivory color or ombre dress too. I wouldn't want to give her blush pink. Veil or no veil, she can do with both. But being a romantic imagination, she'd like a long veil, a simple one though.

4. Pocahontas:
Hmm, she's rather easy if going por her native American style. They had limited clothing options with deer skin as main resource of clothes. So for her, I have given what would be originally fit to her culture. To take a leap into imagination, i think something in gold sequins would have brought out her organic beauty and complimented her skin color or a simple straight cut renda, rendas, laço design would have showed off her gorgeous gold skin with black hair.

5. Merida:
Okay, lets think Merida getting married. Hmm...this one's realllly tough. First of all, all hell will break loose on mentioning marriage to her and second, even if she were to agree, she'd just wouldn't want to fit into a dress that limits her in any way (Don't we all remember the archery contest dress). She'd have wanted something carefree, something open that gives her plenty of movement but yet very earthy and plain. She wouldn't want to fuss over it at all. Lastly, she wouldn't be traditional much. So I have given her a wedding dress with a free flowing structure, something from medieval era, but with no Scottish sash to break tradition. And no veil for her either, wouldn't want to hide her gorgeous hair.

Here's another side, to match her clear blue eyes and fiery red hair, I'd actually want her to wear another green/bluish dress, I think it would compliment her better than the white and it's not a traditional dress, so she might just like it a bit more.

6. Anna:
I want to imagine her in a wedding dress so much. She's like a little pop of a star, shining bright and bustling with energy. Keeping in mind her spunky, outdoorsy, upbeat, warm personality and one who has one note extra of cheerfulness in her, I would want to give her a short length saia in a wedding dress. She can combine the gorgeous and cute qualities together with this and it would fit her like a charm. Not too short, but just off the ankle with fuller look to it rather than straight fall. She'd also like some renda, rendas, laço and pearls to bring about her femininity. She'd definitely like a short veil, something fluffy and in layers.

7. Elsa:
Hmm...another tough one to imagine, not because I can't imagine her getting married but because she has some mix personality. Majorly she was reserved, regal and composed but she does have some vanity in her, looking at the dress she made for herself. So i think she'd like a bit of both, something stately and classy but with a luxurious feel to it. I think cape really sets her apart and looks grand on her. So I would like to give her a full trailing cape, as sheer as possible, jutted with sequins and pearls. I think she'll look great in white with the braided bun.

Hope you'll enjoy this! amor to hear from you guys, as always

Hi!! I am an old member of this club, I'm not sure if anyone here is been around long enough to remember me, but disney is kind of my religion. It adds sweetness in my life, and my favorito characters are the disney Princesses. So I am updating my favorito DP list (I think it's been 5 or 6 years since I last wrote one), so here we go! (Sorry if there's some bad english, I'm brazilian..)

14) Jasmine

Jasmine may be the one DP I dislike. She screams feminism and independece during the whole movie, but she does very little to establish herself as a strong, level-headed or feminist character....

Before we start out, a big thank you to the 34 users that enviado their lists! All of your opinions were integral in making this an accurate representation of the club’s collective thoughts.

11. Merida (Points: 273)
Sadly, though not surprisingly, Pixar's princess is still considered the least attractive of the DPs. Though a growing group of people have begun to appreciate her looks, most users said that they didn't like her round face shape and lack of distingushable eyelashes. In fact, the only thing many people liked about her appearance was her long, curly red hair- though even...

I amor imagining DP and their fashion, the kind of jewelry they may wear, the kind of parties they'd have. I have done a couple of these before for wedding themes and jewelry. This artigo mainly talks about their signature fashion style.

Snow White:
I think midi-length, flared skirts will suit her chirpy and joyful personality. She's the kind who'd want to keep her dresses simple yet playful and have a bit of color palette to explore in her wardrobe. Short gloves will also look lovely on her. Layering in saia will match her upbeat and vibrant persona.
Best Color: all shades of red. Black...

Maybe i some dia , time atrás was guilty of calling some of the princesses "bad role models" , i was wrong, i realized that the fact that i don't like a character or don't agree with, them doesn't mean they are bad role models.

To be fair,i find some people saying "Princess are a bad role model for girls because "insert princess name and reasons here" . But i don't see anyone saying a freaking thing about the disney male characters . I did an artigo in the disney club
link

It was supossed to be a parody of how people critize female characters but never say a thing about males. Nobody actually...

I hope that you have a great time in Europe, Anna!
I hope that you have a great time in Europe, Anna!
Hi guys, since the Asian batch made it through the front page of Fanpop. Here are the European batch of Anna!

Italian (Serena Rossi)

My first impression on Serena (no, not her namesake Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante costar, Serena Autieri) is that she sounds a bit like Kristen Bell. But, one thing is that her voice is slightly deeper than Kristen and no geral, global good job! (Ratings: 9.5/10)

French (Emmylou Homs)

When I first heard her cantar amor is an Open Door, she sounds very bubbly and gentle at the same time. She does not sound heavy at all! (Ratings: 10/10)

Dutch (Nootje Herlaar)

Okay, I found out that Nootje is actually...

Many thanks to M_gann who helped me come up with this idea and organized the first few polls, as well as to everyone who voted, commented, and enviado their lists! Now it's finally time to take a look at which DPs we think are most popular and compare them to which DPs actually are most popular. Please take a look at link as well!

11. Merida
Actual rank: 10

Wow, I am legitimately shocked that Merida is mais popular than we thought she was. I've always viewed her as Fanpop's most hated princess, but I guess that's not true anymore! Unfortunately she's still very unpopular.

I'm going to tentatively...

So Rapunzel had a great beginning. "A single drop of sunlight" fell to the ground and created a flor (?) that "had the ability to heal the sick and injured." Then because the queen was dying, the flor was mashed up and given as sopa to the queen who got well again. And the magic affected her baby. The magic golden flor caused the newborn to be born with a head full of hair, and already extremely active.

Wait, what?

Did Gothel take her right after she was born? Isn't that dangerous? Shouldn't Rapunzel be with her mother, be nurtured por her and everything. Like, come on, at least wait until...

Since nobody had done this, I thought that I could write this artigo since I amor Enya's songs!

1) Fairytale

The 3 classic princesses will definitely amor this song, as the título says it all. The música is very soothing and yet at the same time mesmerizing!

2) Wild Child

Ariel and jasmim are considered fiercely independent, so this song suits their spunky background!

3) Anywhere Is

Belle wants adventure, so this energetic song suits her. Especially during the 'Belle Reprise' scene!

4) Memory of Trees

Since Pocahontas is an environmentalist, this sad song will be good and I would imagine her...
