About a dia later, Merida was finally released from the hospital. Mulan, Shang, Pocahontas, and John couldn't be mais thrilled. But at the same time, this also meant that they had to be careful about the upcoming festivities. They didn't care about that now. They just wanted to see their friend. "Let me help you." John insisted as Merida walked in the door. Merida just smiled as he helped her get inside. "I have a special bobó, guisado waiting on you." Pocahontas replied. Merida couldn't say no to a home-cooked meal as she sat down at the cozinha table.
"I'm glad you're out of there." mulan said as she sat down beside Merida. "I am too." Merida replied agreeingly. She loved the nurses and thought they did an awesome job taking care of her, but she wanted out of there. She did a good job of hiding it too! "Why didn't you tell your parents?" mulan asked. "The last thing I'd want them to do is to take me back to Scotland! And to worry like there was no end!" Merida answered. "Don't get her on a bad note." Shang advised. *Thank you Shang!* Merida thought.
Pocahontas poured the bobó, guisado in a bowl and served it to Merida. Once she took a bite, she was hooked. She scarfed it down like there was no tomorrow. "Take it easy! You'll upset your stomach if you keep eating it like that!" John halted. "Give her some slack. She probably hasn't had anything decent in a week." mulan backed up. "Oops! I forgot to tell you that I added some spice leaves." Pocahontas realized. "I don't care! It's like I'm eating a nuvem of joyous wonders!" Merida stated. Shang laughed.
"That makes me thankful for those cooking lessons Tiana gave me." Pocahontas remarked happily as she watched Merida eat the wondrous creation. Pocahontas was decent at cooking, but Tiana helped her make it a whole lot better. She even sent mulan some beignets and gumbo when SHE was pregnant with Ping! "I hope that palace of hers gets mais success!" mulan added. "Me too. I couldn't stop eating that gumbo stuff for weeks on end!" John replied. "It's definitely alot different from what I'm used to eating!" Shang said. Merida wasn't listening.
"She's really enjoying that!" John said as he grabbed Pocahontas' hand and lead her to their room. "John! We have guests!" Pocahontas resisted. "I know, but I've been thinking. I want another child." John confessed. Pocahontas didn't know what to say. "John, I want another child too, but Mace is such a handful already." Pocahontas rejected slightly. "We don't have to have one right now. I prefer to wait when Mace gets alittle older anyway." John said. Pocahontas was relieved, but she couldn't get over what John had just said.
