is there an age on fanpop? If so, what ages are aloud to be on fanpop?

I looked it up and I found this artigo link.

What I gathered from it is that you should be at least 13, and that if you're younger than that but you're pretty mature, like you don't curse a lot or hate on people and can actually write well if you plan to write articles, then I think you'll be fine.
