I'm not being anti-Malfoy or what but how exactly did he manage to get away.... from the trouble....

They were spared his fury. Now, your probably thinking Wouldn't they be in Azkaban? NOPE since Narcissa saved Potter, they were also spared. If you ask me, They are obviously stocked up on Felix Felicis
