Ingredients
* 2 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tsp. instant café expresso, espresso (Pilon or Cafe Bustelo)
* 1/2 c. water
* 1/2 single pkg. of instant cacau mix
* 3 c. milk
* 3 - 4 drops vanilla extract
* 3 - 4 drops peppermint extract
* Ice
Directions
1. Combine water, sugar, and café expresso, espresso in microwave seguro glass/mug. Heat on high for 45 segundos to 1 minute.
2. Once hot, remove from microwave and stir in cacau mix.
3. In a large cup add ice, leite and extracts.
4. Pour espresso/cocoa mixture into ice/milk mixture.
5. Stir and enjoy.
