Help! Have you guys read any of the books in a series of unfortunate events?

yea, i read them all w/ my mom a long time ago, in like 3rd grade. they were ok, but i thought everything would get explained in the end, and it wasn't, so iwas very confused.
there's 13 of them- they go in this order:
1-The Bad Beginning
2-The Reptile Room
3-The Wide Window
4-The Miserable Mill
5-The Austere Academy
6-The Ersatz Elevator
7-The Vile Village
8-The Hostile Hospital
9-The Carnivorous Carnival
10-The Slippery Slope
11-The Grim Grotto
12-The Penultimate Pearl
13- The End

I've read them.Personally,I'd say Series of Unfortunate Events is one of my favorito book series.

So,basically the books are about the three Baudelaire children,Violet,Klaus,and Sunny.They're parents die in a fogo and they have to go live with a greedy man named Count Olaf,and all he wants is the fortune their parents left behind,and he'll do anything to get it.Throught the whole series,the children try to escape him and his plots to kill them,steal the fortune,etc.

There are 13 books,and it's highly recommended that you read them in order.

When,if,you read them I really think you should read them in order because it'll talk about things in past books.

So I hope I helped.I think maybe you should check the first one out of the biblioteca and see if you like it,and if you do you should read the rest.But what you do is your choice.=)

YES!The series is amazing! The composição literária is very mature so actually its not that suitable for kids. I read it when i was like 12 and i really enjoyed it.
