Chapter 4
When Booth entered the room, he was greeted por Angela and Hodgins. He asked. “Where is Bones?”

Then they both started to talk as if making up for lost time, when Booth had to cut in and say. “Bones we need to solve the murder first.”
bones looked at him and responded. “You’re right.”
bones then told Vickie about the murder of Jill Hollingsworth and that it looks like Bruce maybe the murderer. She asked if Vickie would provide any details about the attempted rape charge she made against Bruce.
Vickie told them that when she had gone out with Bruce that night he had tried to force himself on her but she pushed him away. That’s when he said that he would tell everyone that she was gay and there was nothing she could do about it. And when she still fought him off, he had said to her that he never did have sex with Temperance because she was gay just like her.
“When he said that I ran away from him and complained to the police, but the police said he had an alibi for that night. Temperance when you told me that you did not have sex with him, I thought it was because you had told him I was gay. I now realize that he lied to just get even.”
“Sister, do you think that he might have tried to rape Jill Hollingsworth and something went wrong?” Booth asked.
“No I knew Jill and she was going with someone else at the time but I never knew who it was. She just told me that I would be surprised if I knew.”
bones inquired. “Who was it that gave Bruce an alibi?”
“It was his best friend Thomas, Tiffany’s brother. They were always giving each other alibis all the time. That’s why he never was arrested for his assaults.”
Booth looked at bones and said. “I’m going to have the police pull him in on the murder charge and see what he says. If Thomas gives him an alibi, then we need to rethink who might have done this but it could be her boyfriend but we don’t know who that is.”
Booth called the police and told them to pull Bruce in and he would be there to help with the interrogation. As soon as he hung up he turned to bones and said. “You stay here and catch up with your friend while I do my thing.”
After he left, Angela and Hodgins said that they were heading back to DC later today and won’t be staying for the reunion jantar dance, because they were only here to aid in the murder investigation. Brennan told them. “Thank you both for helping and I’ll see you back in DC when this is finished.”
She then turned to Vickie and they both sat down to talk and catch up with each others lives. bones learned that Vickie had found her place in the church and Vickie learned mais about what had happened with Brennan since high school, her work at the Jeffersonian, her success at composição literária novels and her work with Booth. “Booth then that means Mr. Schneider is no longer a suspect. I had better tell him.”
“Bones I saw him in the lobby and let him know what happened, because he needed to know.”
“Thank you, Booth.”
“So are the two of you going to the jantar tonight?”
“Booth you aren’t staying?”
“No Bones, I have to get back to DC. What about Angela and Hodgins?”
“They have already left for DC.”

Then Debbie Harcourt chimed in with. “I’m bet Mr. Schneider is relieved. I’m also sure that he will be sitting with Temperance Brennan and her ‘friend’. It must have been true what they said about her in school.”
Booth asked. “What did they say about her?”
Peggy answered. “She’s gay.”
When Booth heard this, he knew he could not leave bones to face these women por herself. He knew he had to catch a later flight. So Booth said.
“Well ladies if you will excuse me, I need to go and get ready for jantar with my wife. “
As he went up stairs back to the room he passed Mr. Schneider.
“Agent Booth you are coming to the dinner. Temperance is joining me for a drink to celebrate and we will be sitting at mesa, tabela three.”

Mr. Schneider was trying to keep their cover story, so he said. “Oh that’s what most people think, because they usually refer to each other as partners to avoid perguntas about how it is to work with your spouse.”
“Thanks for that insight.” The man said as he excused himself when Brennan entered the room. He had to go and tell this information to the staff at Oprah’s show. He was the one who had spotted her at the reunion and he wanted to give them this info for tomorrow’s interview.
As Brennan joined Mr. Schneider at the bar, she saw the women she had met the first night and was glad that she was not sitting with them.
“Well Mr. Schneider what are we going to drink to celebrate?”
“I think we all should have a couple of bottles of champagne. I’ll have it brought to our mesa, tabela along with the glasses.”

bones then grabbed the bottle and glasses from their table, Booth wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her close to him to keep her steady as she also was a little intoxicated.
The man from the Oprah show also saw the kiss. This confirmed for him the story that they were mais than partners.
When they got back to their room, bones quickly kicked off her shoes and twirled around with the bottle in one hand and the glasses in the other. Booth had to grab for her to stop before she fell over. She put her arms around Booth’s neck and in a slurred voice said. “I am so happy; those women were terrible to me in school. Thank you Booth.” She then pulled him closer and kissed him full on the lips.
“Bones you need to get some rest. Let’s put the champagne down.”
“No let’s finish it.”
He knew that she was feeling no pain but another glass would not matter at this point. So he filled the glasses and they toasted their success with solving the murder.
As he finished his glass bones came over and said. “Did I say thank you?”
“Yes bones you did.”
“Oh yes, thank you Booth.” And she kissed him again but this time with tongue action.
“Bones you need to get some sleep.”
“Your right Booth we need to go to bed. Here let me help you get undressed.” She then undid his tie and started to unbutton his shirt. He tried to stop her but she kept slipping her hands out of his grasp and as he tried to twist away from her she grabbed his jaqueta and pulled it off. He was now standing there with no jacket, or tie and his camisa was completely unbuttoned.
“Bones you need to get in cama and get some sleep.”
“All right, Booth.” bones then reached behind herself and unzipped her dress which then fell to the floor. She stood there in front of Booth with only her panties on. Booth could not help but notice that her breasts were perfectly rounded and just his hand size. He could feel his desire for her going to his groin. He needed to get her into cama and he needed to take a cold shower.
