can anyone give me any conselhos on getting hair like blair's?

i cant get my hair to curl like that myself! so was wondering if anyone knew a way? and how to get it to stay aswell?

It should stay for at least a day, but hairspray - em busca da fama would help protect the curls from getting messed up.
