Black Gold Saw is the other Saya Irino. If you watch the anime, episode 6, you will see that Yuu will tell Saya that her other world name is Black Gold Saw.
And Black Gold Saw DID NOT kill Black Rock Shooter if you actually watched the Anime, not the OVA.
