Spring had come and the young alphas had returned from alpha school and where now pack leaders. Alex and Cameal where logboarding now proffecinally...or so they thought. Cameal was still afraid of it but in a way it was fun. "Wooohoooo!" Alex yelled. "Position 23." she told Cameal. Cameal swerved the back of the log right while Alex swerved the front left so they took a shortcut throught the brush but the path was narrow and the log started to flip but suprisingly, Alex summersalted in the air to get out of its path. Cameal was not so lucky, she huddled down into the log as it flipped. Eventually she fell out and her and Alex rolled down the rest of the slope. When they got to the bottom they where a little dazed. "And that is why I hate logs." Cameal said. "Hey check it out." Alex said standing up. She walked over to a clearing where she saw the alphas returning. "The alphas are coming back!" Alex said refurring to when Justin left. She had not forgot about him as he hadn't forgot about her. She ran twards the group of alphas where some other lobos where to greet their friends and family. "Justin, Justin!" Alex yelled. She finally spotted him. "Hey Justin!" "Alex?" Justin said, wow she was beautiful, he thought. "Hey, you didnt forget about me did you?" Alex asked. "Of course not, ive been thinking about you all winter." "Ive got so much to tell you!" Alex said. "Alphas meet at the valley!" Garth said leading the alphas. "I have to go, meet me at the moonlight howl tonight okay!" Justin said walking away. "Oh, sure, see you then." Alex said dissapointed. Back at her den, Kate and Humphrey where waiting for their daughter to return. "What if she got in a logboarding accident, what if she's hurt," Kate went on and on about Alex. ""Relax this is Alex we're talking about, remember!" Humphrey said

A Hero’s Past is where the callbacks and references really started coming. I figured I kinda had to reference the first movie a bit since this was a prequel story.

Right off the bat, the story starts out with the ending paragraph from Legend and that’s because this is the beginning of the entire Alpha and Omega story. I said at the end of Legend that the story told around the logboard always began with those words, so I decided to include them in quotations at the very start of the very first story.

In chapter two, I made a quick reference to the third movie when I mentioned the Great Wolf...

I guess, in a way, Viggo did break Humphrey’s piece during the final battle. But instead of killing him, he broke his spirit instead when he killed Runt. Humphrey’s grief over Runt was going to be the cause of something big going progressivo, para a frente so I wanted to take a lot of time to fully flesh out just how badly Runt’s death affected him. Plus, it made Kate’s uplifting monologue even mais meaningful.

Speaking of which, Kate’s monologue in chapter twenty-four wasn’t too hard to come up with. I really just thought about what Humphrey meant to her and the impact he had on her life. Kate’s...

I decided to have a little misdirect por having Humphrey saying some worrying final-sounding words to make it seem like he was gonna die again, when in actuality, it was Runt who was going to die. And I decided to rub it in a little por having Runt be the one who says they’re all going to make it out alright.

Something I didn’t realize with the dialogue between Viggo and Humphrey when the battle first starts is that even though I didn’t try, I followed up with the quote from the beginning, saying that Viggo didn’t seem to have any weaknesses. That line was mainly just for effect to emphasize...

The very first thing that I knew would happen when I first started thinking up ideas for The Final War was that I was going to bring as many characters back as I could and get everyone together to fight Viggo. This was the grand finale and although cliché, I knew it was going to be awesome. So, I made a list of all the packs and individual allies from both the filmes and my stories, so I made sure that I got them all. And there was one character in particular I was excited to bring back, mais on that later.

The Lone Survivors are not my creation. For the last six months or so of composição literária The...

Part 2: His Greatest Gambit
Chapter 11: Important Meeting

For two days after the cliffside ambush, Humphrey and the group wandered through the woods, trying to find a better place to hide out, but without much luck. Viggo had forced them from every seguro haven they could think of.

“We need to find a better place to hide,” Humphrey said.

“Humphrey, we have nowhere else to go,” Adam replied.

“Yeah,” Kenya agreed, “they’ve bullied us away from every seguro haven we have.”

“Not every seguro haven,” Humphrey said.

“What do you mean?” Adam asked. “Where else can we go?”

“Home,”...

Chapter 7: The lost Tale

“Yeah, just a minute,” Gerald replied.

“What’s going on now?” Humphrey asked.

“Territorial dispute,” Gerald answered. “We can’t decide who gets the lake. I live on the west side of the lake, he lives on the east side.”

“Okay,” Humphrey replied casually, “so just dividido, dividir the lake. You get the west half, he gets the east half.”

“Oh,” Gerald said, a little embarrassed. “I hadn’t thought of that.”

“Clearly,” Humphrey remarked. “Now, we need your help.”

“What...

Again, this is just to give people a sense of the tone of the story, be it dramatic, intense, or sad. Plus, the song titles can give a little mais insight into what might happen in the story. I recommend at least 22-31 since it hints at something very big. And I recommend the special thanks too since the songs are a little surprise.

The aftermath of Humphrey’s death was a harsh one for the Western Pack. Of course, his friends and family were hit por the worst of the grief, but every lobo in the pack felt some level of sadness. It was only natural, as they had lost one of their own.

In the days and weeks following, things slowly began to settle down again. Humphrey’s sacrifice had brought the Rogue lobos back to the pack and one of Humphrey’s old friends had come up from the Southern Pack.

Lilly gave birth to three pups only a mês after Humphrey’s death, which she named Jax, Jonas, and Martin. Jax and Jonas were...

Chapter 6: Refugees

By the time the sun fully rose into the sky, the entirety of the Western Pack had reached the borders of the Northern Pack. Kyle ran up to Claudette, confused at what her entire pack was doing in his territory.

“Claudette, Runt,” he said, “what are you all doing here? Winston, Eve, and Tony arrived around thirty minutos ago. They said something was going on in the valley, but they never said what.”

“We were ambushed por humans,” Claudette explained. “It all happened so fast and there were too many of them. We had to get out of there.”

“We don’t have time to...

Chapter 3: Rest and Relaxation

Later that day, as Mick and Oscar began to get awkwardly acquainted with each other, Jax, Jonas, and Martin set out for a short patrol around the border. As they returned, everyone noticed a terrible stench in the air.

“What is that smell?” Martin asked, trying not to cough in disgust.

“Hey, Steven,” Jax said casually, paying no attention to the awful odor in the air, “it kinda smells like the trail to your antro, den after you brought that rotten carcass início last year.”

“Hey, back off!” Steven replied, defensively. “It wasn’t me. And that was a very...

Chapter 2: Welcome to the Western Pack

A few days later, after Runt had brought Oscar back to the valley, Stinky was showing him around and officially welcoming him into the pack. The battle with the Crimson Pack was long over and nothing had been heard of them since, yet the pack wasn’t taking any chances and hadn’t let their guard down. They knew the pack would return. The matter of “when” was a different story.

The dia had still been young when Oscar’s orientation into the pack took place. Everyone had gathered in the valley to see it. The dia was warm and sunny with no wind to disturb...

Chapter 3: Rise of the Crimson Pack

Runt and Kate descended into the valley and found Stinky. The rest of the group had just left and Stinky was beginning to head back to his antro, den when Runt stopped him.

“Hey, Stinky,” he called out. Stinky stopped and turned to face his brother.

“What is it, Runt?” he asked.

“Mom and I think we know how to stop these attacks,” Runt explained. “Call everyone together.”

Stinky called for an emergency pack meeting. Everyone gathered in the valley, where the meetings were now held ever since Adam’s pack joined the Western Pack.

“Everybody,” Stinky...

Chapter 18: amor at First Sight

Cando and Hutch led Humphrey through the territory as they were on their way to see the pack leader, Winston. Humphrey noticed many of the lobos stop and look at him, not so much as an outsider who was intruding on their turf, but as a pup who needed help finding his place in the world, even though they knew nothing about him. He could tell that they were a very accepting pack, and that was an encouraging thought.

From down in the valley, Humphrey could already see the large antro, den where they were headed. It was a stone cave with a large árvore that stood on topo, início of...

Chapter 17: The Western Pack

The cold wind woke Humphrey the seguinte morning. He slowly opened his eyes, not quite sure about why he was sleeping underneath a tree. But then it all came back to him. He remembered the logboard and Kyle. And getting banished from the pack. He was out on his own again and Humphrey was beginning to believe that he was destined for a life as a lone wolf. At least he was a fun-loving lone wolf, but that wouldn’t do anything to improve his situation.

Humphrey stretched his legs and yawned as he prepared to mover on. As he looked around, he noticed a berry arbusto, bush nearby....
