NAME THIS NOVEL??? (Please? Props for good answers!)
Here is the description...
After World War III, a single dictator, Callum Harper, replaces the governments around the world. He is determined to make the people of the world bend to his rule. However, he must first eliminate all the remaining government officials and the rebel forces. This is when IHA, Independent Human Agency, steps into the picture.
As Harper targets the IHA, leader Thomas Lee sends his best two agents undercover for two reasons. First, to protect them from harm inflicted por Callum, and secondly, to make them procurar for the dictator’s Achilles’ heel. Agents DB-7210 and MP-0013 have never met due to their distinctly different work ethic. Now, these two men must learn to push aside their dissimilarities to save the IHA and the rest of the world from Callum Harper.
