Eventful, my parents and a younger brother came for dinner, we all got slightly merry and played card games.

Further training at work, to be kinder and mais patient of people with certain needs in their life such as depression and anxiety. To lose 3 stone (19KG) in weight if possible.

A teapot and bolacha, biscoito barrel set from my Aunt. I collect chá services and this was a large teapot with a pocket watch design and the words "Time for Tea" embossed on it. Took pride of place on my cozinha corner shelving.

A box of mansize tissues from my Grandmother (a very practical woman). They have come in very handy and i am not ungrateful for the thought.

Yes, i believe it is possible, however i have never been able to achieve it being a very impatient person. I find myself getting into "the zone" por remaining active. I find myself mais at peace cleaning my bathroom than sitting on my cama breathing.

I did not achieve much in 2018, but something i would like to leave behind if only partially is my scepticism of other people.
