All of them are small enough you can technically probably grab all at the same time. Thus having a perfect ending. But for mais practical reasons. I'd determine which was mais in danger of drowning. The dog or the kid and save either one accordingly. Depending on how wet the money is it might not be usable anyways and two lives are mais important than money.
I used to be a lifeguard so I'm pretty confident that I could get both. And then if I have time I'd snatch the money. But as Blind said the kid and the dog would probably be small enough to grab at once. And if you have a noodle or something of the sort it could act as a lifeguard tube and help make the task easier to accomplish.

Exactly. There's ways to get them all with proper planning and environmental help.
Honestly, the Money matters not compared to two lives. As a few others before me have mentioned, I could do my best to save both through effective planning. Grabbing both together could work. Provided it didn't, I would first go to that someone's kid since I believe that a Dog could manage to hold its own for longer in the Water and then return to the later as well. Once these priorities are settled, I guess I could check on the Money afterwards. Probably, there will be no point but will still check just to make sure !!!!
