Would vampiros deserve equal treatment with humans?

Idk. But I foresee 'SJW Cringe [Vampire equality]' vídeos to pop up on youtube in that universe. Humans would be told to check their privilege as non-blood lusting folk. As we could not fathom the struggle that is the need to consume blood on the daily. Vampire hunters would be seen as demons to a select few and their service would be called out as hate crimes under passive aggressive tumblr posts and hashtags.

Do they deserve it? Yes.
Will they get equal treatment? Definitely not. Considering how much we even hate different races or whatever differences. Its never going to happen.
In Sims 4, there's plasma packs for vampiros to drink. I imagine we'd be able to make synthetic blood for vampires, or they can make it themselves. There could be a blood drive for people to volunteer giving blood. But of course, if vampiros can be immortal, there would need to be some population control. If nobody kills vampires, then they'll just live on forever and convert mais people into vampires. Then that would mean the synthetic blood or the blood drives won't be able to supply the increased amount of population, eventually. They will probably resort to feeding off people without consent. It would get messy. There would probably have some justification for killing vampiros in that sense or laws being made to fix those issues. It would still be considered equal treatment, us people follow laws and regulations ourselves. vampiros would probably be locked for breaking those kinds of laws.This is all hypothetical, but I imagine it would be something similar to this.

Yes. Not just vampiros but every living being should be treated equally. No matter the kind, Coexistence is important. Unfortunately, not everyone can see it the same way so there will be a few prejudices here and there. However, a start will have been made. With the proper amount of support, there could be improvements !!!!

But honestly, everyone is talking about synthetic blood to sustain the vampiros so they can coexist and shiz, but would it really be enough to sustain them? I mean, it could be close, but what if they could only live of the real thing?
What if they were ugly, soulless monsters like in the original tales?
And not to mention, the fact that humans live in the sunlight and vampiros generally get harmed por sunlight, therefore making them nocturnal, there might be hardly interaction between the two at all.
