Okay, it is not just me. Do any of you Fanpoppers notice that Rpivate has a British accent? I heard it and 18wanda won't believe me.

Yep, he's a Brtitsh pinguim ("there's nothing on telly tonight, anyway").
There's a few other characters with British accents, too. Mason, Lulu, Rhonda, and Blowhole, for example.

I'd say it's a British accent. Though I am surprised it hasn't worn off yet. Most people's accents change to match that of others around them.
I think Private IS in fact British and tries to keep his accent as such (thus maybe making it seem forced/fake).
