DESCRIPTION: A dark blue earth pony stallion with ebony mane and tail with dark purple layers, black hooves, emerald green eyes. Reserved, hides emotions effectively (most of the time), good communication skills.

Strengths: can be very determined but only when he thinks it worth the effort, sober-minded, vigilant, straight to the point nature, creative, can be a persuasive speaker, he does not bond easily, but once he embraced somepony to his heart he can be very insistent. When pushed to the limits or cornered can be a vicious fighter.

Weaknesses: low confidence and willpower, inferiority complex, pessimistic attitude, limited amount of magic, sometimes loses focus on what's important, sometimes prefers the easier way, therefore he can be seduced by power.

Radiant: *nods* Okay let's just get this training over with so we can get to the battlefield *walks to the training room with no emotion*

Jade: what are we doing first for training?

Radiant: Well we are about to see... *stands in a shoulder to shoulder line with everypony* *after a few moments three different ponies (unicorn, earth, pegasus) walk in wearing uniforms* *they stand in front of us*
Hornet: ATTENTION!
Stomp: You all are about to begin your first training session with us.
Aura: My name is Aura. This is Stomp, who has won over 100 fighting contests around Equestria, and Hornet, one of the fastest pegasi I've ever known.
Hornet: We will be training you in three different types of training. Speed, Weaponry, and Teamwork.
Stomp: In each session, there will be three drills. Today is Monday, correct? So today is your Speed session. By the end of the day, whoever has proven themself worthy in that session, will win a little something. By the end of the week, two ponies will become leaders of their mission group for as long as you live, otherwise noted.
Aura: Everypony, today you will be assigned partners. Radiant, with Jade. Kimmy, with Slash. And Nocturnal? Hmmm... just join Kimmy and Slash, but Radiant and Jade will have a handicap for the drills.

Jade: A handicap? Is that bad?

Mirage: Agreed. What is the test?

Jade: Speed. You ready Radiant?

Radiant: It means the drill will be a bit easier for us, so let's use it to our advantage!
Hornet: For this first drill, it's a race against time. When I start the timer, you will run as fast as you can to the finish. Oh, and you're running from rabid timberwolves.
Radiant: Oh Jesus...
Hornet: Get to your places!

Jade: This oughta be fun.

Mirage: Let's do his.

Hornet: On your mark....

*they all start sprinting*

*rabid timberwolves chase after the ponies*

Jade: Now we have no more of those guys chasing us.

Ground Coffe: *running in the direction of the others* AH!

Mirage: *as he runs a timberwolf always bites him but he kicks it in the face and the beast falls over*

Ground Coffee: *runs into Mirage and starts running west* Timberwolf's are coming in the direction you guys are! Run!

Jade: I guess I got all those wolves to go after the other team. Haha!

Mirage: *runs as fast as he can there are too many timberwolves chasing him* Gosh darn it! This is my luck!

Ground Coffee: *screams* So many timberwolfs!!

Jade: *running 25 miles an hour* We got this Radiant.

Mirage: *eyes narrow as a smaller hill comes up ahead, he jumps and hides behind it, while the wolves keep running ahead* Hah... *starts running toward the finish but keeps a distance from the timberwolves*

Jade: *passes finish line*

Mirage *passes finish line at 3rd place*

Jade: Yeah! Great race.

Mirage: Haha... they take the training pretty seriously here...

Ground Coffee: *hiding in tree shivering* Darn it...dropped my coffee beans on the way running...

Hornet: Congratz rookies, and a special congrats to Jade for getting 1st place. Take this reptilian egg. The rest of you follow me *flies to next drill*

Radiant: *follows*

Hornet: For our next drill, we will be running through an obstacle course. Whoever can get through it fastest wins. Jade, you're up first.
(just make up the most complex obstacle course you can haha)

Jade: Alright, here we go! *runs past flamethrowers*

Next, she had to jump over a river, with a rope. After that was target practice.

Jade: *shoots all targets* Now I gotta climb a ladder *climbs ladder*

Shortly after that, she would drop a ball through a pipe, go down the slide, and catch the ball before it came out of the other side. If she didn't catch the ball in time she would be forced to go back.

Jade: *catches ball* What's next?

More targets to shoot at far range with a sniper rifle

Jade: *grabs rifle* Damnit! It's jammed *unjams rifle*

She soon shot all the targets, and ran towards the finish.
