How old do you think the ponies are?

In the episode "Pinkie Pride" I counted 21 candles in arco iris, arco-íris Dash's cake. Also Fluttershy said that she is a ano older than Pinkie Pie in "Griffon the Brush-Off". How old do you think they all are?
