I think its been taken out context, from whichever episode its from. Cuddy probaly is in a stressful mood because of the baby, and snaps at Cameron about wanting her job and stuff. I wouldn't take it too seriously guyz--its taken out of context!!! :D

Thanks Fab, your right it's out of context. :) It's Just the thought of Cuddy being serious about it that freaks me out.

The source is relieable. It's very probable that Cuddy will have to stay away from her job for a couple of weeks. Even if it's too vague, we need to be prepared for everything.
So, if to take care of the foster child, Cuddy has to be away for a certain amount of time, someone would've to replace her. Not eternaly, calm down people, it's nothing definitive.
Whatever will happen, it's not permanent. If Cam has to be the replacement, let her be.
Although it's suspicious, I think Cuddy never really liked Cameron. But as we know, Cuddy is a professional, and she wouldn't close her eyes to Cameron's abilities I guess. Although in administration, Cam has zero.
Don't worry, Cuddy won't give up her work of a lifetime to Cameron.
At least not easily and permanently.
Besides, we don't even know in which context this situation is going to happen.
Anyway, whichever the way this storyline is going to go, and Cuddy has to be away from the hospital, she'll still have screentime.
I'm hoping House and Wilson will pop in at her place regularly. Mainly House, of course. We all know he can't survive long without her around =)

Srsly PG, this baby arc has my emotions all over the place. But I think having her get a foster kid is a smart move because I don't think she will keep the kid for very long. I think she will be away from the hospital for one to two eps and realize she can't handle taking care of a child and doing her job. LE said that Cuddy will learn a lot about her character between now and ep 13, so this makes me think she will choose the hospital over keeping the foster kid..idk.

I think that the tone is more sarcastic than real, we can't know because there's no context and it's easy to misunderstand it, for example this spoiler: "Cuddy asks House if he wants a relationship with her". Then we realized that it wasn't a question, was an interpretation about what he's saying, which was different than what we had thought first ... so maybe this is the same, perhaps we are misunderstanding it (I hope so!)
