Ok, well I'm going to be perfectly respectful in this artigo because I don't want to make anyone mad, I just want to make a point. If you agree or disagree with it, that's up to you. Please don't be rude inthe comment section, and give reasons for opinions. Thanks!

Now I can start. May I just start por saying that I am on the Harry Potter side (with all due respect to Twilight fans)

I've noticed that one of the things Twilight fãs say is that Bella is a mais relatable character than Harry. I think that that is a good point because technically, you can be a normal teenager who goes to school and has friends and a boyfriend, but it isn't possible to go to Hogwarts and learn wizardry. However, that doesn't make sense because both series use fantasia as a genre. Harry Potter is just set in it's own fantasia place, while Twilight is set in an actual city. So people are able to think that it is mais relatable, but it in fact isn't.

Another thing that can affect your opinion on "relatability" is the fact that Twilight is written in first person, so you are put in that perspective that you are Bella, therefore, thinking that it is mais relatable. In Harry Potter, the artigo isn't written in first, person, so you don't feel as attached to the main character as you do when you read Twilight.

It is perfectly normal to feel that way, but it is important to dig a little deeper and to remember that you can't always relate to the main character, because Harry isn't always a relatable character, and neither is Bella (mostly). I like the fact that JK Rowling went furthur to describe mais than just 3 main characters in her books. What I mean to say is that if you can't relate to Bella (the popular new girl who many guys fancy and has the perfect boyfriend), or Edward or Jacob(I doubt many guys read Twilight, since it is aimed at young women and late teens), then there really isn't anyone else you can relate to within the books. Who do you think there is to relate to? Jessica? Other than her relationship with Mike, and briefly going to the filmes with Bella, we don't know much about her since the story is mainly based on Bella's relationship with Edward.

On the other hand, in Harry Potter, being almost anyone within the hierachy at school, you can relate to them in Harry Potter. You could be a loner, and relate to Neville. You could be a weirdo and relate to Luna. You could be a nerd and relate to Hermione. You could be a jock, and relate to the Quidditch players. You could the class clown and relate to fred figglehorn and George. You could be misunderstood and relate to Draco. You could be a follower and even relate to Crabbe and Goyle! The list goes on.

To say that Twilight is mais relatable is not necessarily true, because relatability isn't always based on realisticness, and does not always refer to the main character. I'm just saying that I can find mais people to relate to in Harry Potter than Twilight. Again, it's just an opinion, and I don't mean to offend anyone.

The Cullens are weird. Not in a vampiric sense but in common sense. They are trying to stay camouflaged but they keep failing. Lets review, shall we?

1. They go to high school over and over again. They try to blend in with the other non-sparkly, non-Adonis(y), non-vampiry and nonsensical humans. Aside from this, they pout in the cafeteria during lunch hour. Why? They could just eat their lunch elsewhere. They don't eat, so it's unlikely that no one has noticed them not eating.

2. High school is a crowded place. People keep bumping into each other at some point. Let's say the Cullens are very...

I see a lot of Twiight fãs arguing the same points over and over again, and frankly, they have no idea what they're talkinng about.

First I'd like to point out:

Some Twilight fãs are saying that they are confused with Harry Potter because they haven't read the books and the filmes don't explain clearly enough. Well, guess what, that does not make Twilight better than Harry Potter, it is not out fault you haven't read Harry Potter. When we argue Harry Potter vs. Twilight I was under the impression that we were including both books and movies, not just the movies. So the fact that your confused...

I suspect I'm not the only one, am I? XD...... Anyways, you know you're obsessed with Bellatrix when....
Credit: Me Myself and I

1. You throw away all of your hairbrushes.

2. You wear at least some black every day.

3. You rip your clothes on purpose.

4. You call people you don't like "filthy mudbloods".

5. You yell "CRUCIO!" at people when you get mad.

6. You carry knives on your person

7. Your desktop background and screensaver are of Bellatrix.

8. Whenever you're typing a word that starts with a "B" or an "L", you accidentally type out a Bellatrix or a Lestrange instead.

9. You think her birthday should...

I found this online. It's a real conversation a bookstore employee apparently had with a Twilight fan. It didn't happen to me. I found it funny, thought you guys might too.

(A customer in her late teens approaches me in the bookstore.)
Customer: “Hey, do you guys sell the Twilight books?”
Me: “Yes, they’re right over there.”
Customer: “Have you read them?”
Me: “Yes, I have.”
Customer: “Didn’t you just amor them?!”
Me: “Well, actually, they aren’t really my type of book, so–”
Customer: *suddenly furious* “Are you f***ing serious?! These are the best books ever written! I’m going to tell Edward to come and bite you and drink all your blood!”
Me: *backing away* “Have a nice day, ma’am…”

I was thinking about difference in Harry Potter and Twilight background and this is what I concluded. Enjoy!

Knowledge of magical beings not soo very far from their backyards
Harry Potter: As I can get from HP books and The Tales of Beedle the Bard, wizarding world was known to Muggles, but because of witch hunt and victims of it in both sides, wizard decided to go underground and not to be commonly know to people. They don`t use spells in front of Muggles and if sombody does manage to discover their secret, they erase their memory.
However, there are exeptions. Families of Mugle-borns ofcourse...

Thank you.

Just so you know, this is a Twilight fã speaking.

Twilight may NOT be the best book ever, i didnt say that it was (keep that in mind), when i read it, i saw alot of flaws, like in breaking dawn, Meyer made it clear that vamps cant inject sperm, and yet, somehow Bella got pregnant. I've read this artigo por XDRoseLuvsHP, and i totaly agree. I believe that People like Twilight mais thatn HP because it...

For all of you who don't know this, but I am an ex-Twilight fan. This my own personal opinion based on my personal experience with the series. For all of the Twilight fãs who may be leitura this right now, you have been warned. So here I go:

When in the course of normal, non-brainwashed leader events, it becomes necessary to dissolve the addiction of the highly “popular” teen-craving novel which have been oppressive to the efforts to differentiate the normal and the abnormal fantasia to which people, generally females, dreamed of, decent respect to the creativity based on the author's dream...

It has a PLOT! It has Subplots. It has several characters with depth.JK is not afraid to sacrifice the good guys. The characters aren't one dementional. JK researches her material, has good use of Latin and history within her books. Spells are named after Latin words and do what the Latin words do. Names of soem characters give hints as to what that character is such as Sirius which means Dog estrela for mais Albus which means White (pure wizard). You can relate Harry Potter to WWII because of similarities you could learn some history from the books.
Harry Potter teaches a good deal about prejudice...

Okay this is mais of an opinion, since my view of the activity is based off opinion.

Now whenever someone posts something on the internet and someone else responds negatively to it, they respond in the same way to that person. In a very negative tone. This is in fact what I see at times in forums.

First Twilight and Harry Potter fans, if you post anything on the internet, whether they are opinions or facts, you have responsibilities with it. You are exposing yourself to others in the internet. You are responsible for the positive or negative replies. So don't blame others for your actions....
