Ok, well I'm going to be perfectly respectful in this artigo because I don't want to make anyone mad, I just want to make a point. If you agree or disagree with it, that's up to you. Please don't be rude inthe comment section, and give reasons for opinions. Thanks!

Now I can start. May I just start por saying that I am on the Harry Potter side (with all due respect to Twilight fans)

I've noticed that one of the things Twilight fãs say is that Bella is a mais relatable character than Harry. I think that that is a good point because technically, you can be a normal teenager who goes to school and has friends and a boyfriend, but it isn't possible to go to Hogwarts and learn wizardry. However, that doesn't make sense because both series use fantasia as a genre. Harry Potter is just set in it's own fantasia place, while Twilight is set in an actual city. So people are able to think that it is mais relatable, but it in fact isn't.

Another thing that can affect your opinion on "relatability" is the fact that Twilight is written in first person, so you are put in that perspective that you are Bella, therefore, thinking that it is mais relatable. In Harry Potter, the artigo isn't written in first, person, so you don't feel as attached to the main character as you do when you read Twilight.

It is perfectly normal to feel that way, but it is important to dig a little deeper and to remember that you can't always relate to the main character, because Harry isn't always a relatable character, and neither is Bella (mostly). I like the fact that JK Rowling went furthur to describe mais than just 3 main characters in her books. What I mean to say is that if you can't relate to Bella (the popular new girl who many guys fancy and has the perfect boyfriend), or Edward or Jacob(I doubt many guys read Twilight, since it is aimed at young women and late teens), then there really isn't anyone else you can relate to within the books. Who do you think there is to relate to? Jessica? Other than her relationship with Mike, and briefly going to the filmes with Bella, we don't know much about her since the story is mainly based on Bella's relationship with Edward.

On the other hand, in Harry Potter, being almost anyone within the hierachy at school, you can relate to them in Harry Potter. You could be a loner, and relate to Neville. You could be a weirdo and relate to Luna. You could be a nerd and relate to Hermione. You could be a jock, and relate to the Quidditch players. You could the class clown and relate to fred figglehorn and George. You could be misunderstood and relate to Draco. You could be a follower and even relate to Crabbe and Goyle! The list goes on.

To say that Twilight is mais relatable is not necessarily true, because relatability isn't always based on realisticness, and does not always refer to the main character. I'm just saying that I can find mais people to relate to in Harry Potter than Twilight. Again, it's just an opinion, and I don't mean to offend anyone.

Harry stood at the forest’s edge without moving. He was thinking to leave, when a flurry of movement within caught his attention. Peering at the massive shape he could see, he realized too late that it was a wolf. He jumped out of the way, and the lobo landed where he had been a segundo before. He looked down at it. The wolf, which had reddish-brown fur, growled up at him. Impulsively Harry withdrew his wand from his jeans pocket.
The lobo stopped growling when it caught sight of the raised wand. It transformed into a man, and Harry backed up, astonishment on his face. The wolf-man spoke....

I did not write this.
1. Bella is a perfect character (“Mary Sue”), which Meyer hides por calling her clumsy.

2. Being clumsy is not a flaw if Edward always catches her.
3. She can’t do anything without Edward.
4. And when he leaves she attempts to commit suicide.
5. Meyer is living out her own fantasies por composição literária about Bella, who is clearly herself.
6. The books aren’t well written, just because every other word is a fancy adjective doesn’t make it good writing.
7. All the rules Meyer sets for being a vampire are broken por the end of the series.
8. Not only that, she breaks rules set by...

Are these people kidding themselves? The worst is the Edward Cullen/Robert Pattinson one. Ugh!

I was horrified por looking at them. It's one thing to be a part of a fad but it's a whole different thing to make that fad a part of your body.

What is the world coming to? Tomorrow when these girls go to get these horrors removed they'll probably be spending a lot mais than they spent paying to get it done.
Now here's the thing that seems to be the popular topic now. Harry Potter books and the Twilight series. First I'd like to point out I do not call Twilight a "saga" is because well if you look it up you will know why. There's this whole big clash of the Twilight fanatics and the Harry Potter fanatics. I just need to vent out on how I feel about this situation.

Okay if you amor Twilight than that's fine with me. I respect your opinions, but to me the book was terrible. You can instantly tell that it was Meyer's first book she had ever written. I only hate the book, I don't hate you for liking...
