Ok, well I'm going to be perfectly respectful in this artigo because I don't want to make anyone mad, I just want to make a point. If you agree or disagree with it, that's up to you. Please don't be rude inthe comment section, and give reasons for opinions. Thanks!

Now I can start. May I just start por saying that I am on the Harry Potter side (with all due respect to Twilight fans)

I've noticed that one of the things Twilight fãs say is that Bella is a mais relatable character than Harry. I think that that is a good point because technically, you can be a normal teenager who goes to school and has friends and a boyfriend, but it isn't possible to go to Hogwarts and learn wizardry. However, that doesn't make sense because both series use fantasia as a genre. Harry Potter is just set in it's own fantasia place, while Twilight is set in an actual city. So people are able to think that it is mais relatable, but it in fact isn't.

Another thing that can affect your opinion on "relatability" is the fact that Twilight is written in first person, so you are put in that perspective that you are Bella, therefore, thinking that it is mais relatable. In Harry Potter, the artigo isn't written in first, person, so you don't feel as attached to the main character as you do when you read Twilight.

It is perfectly normal to feel that way, but it is important to dig a little deeper and to remember that you can't always relate to the main character, because Harry isn't always a relatable character, and neither is Bella (mostly). I like the fact that JK Rowling went furthur to describe mais than just 3 main characters in her books. What I mean to say is that if you can't relate to Bella (the popular new girl who many guys fancy and has the perfect boyfriend), or Edward or Jacob(I doubt many guys read Twilight, since it is aimed at young women and late teens), then there really isn't anyone else you can relate to within the books. Who do you think there is to relate to? Jessica? Other than her relationship with Mike, and briefly going to the filmes with Bella, we don't know much about her since the story is mainly based on Bella's relationship with Edward.

On the other hand, in Harry Potter, being almost anyone within the hierachy at school, you can relate to them in Harry Potter. You could be a loner, and relate to Neville. You could be a weirdo and relate to Luna. You could be a nerd and relate to Hermione. You could be a jock, and relate to the Quidditch players. You could the class clown and relate to fred figglehorn and George. You could be misunderstood and relate to Draco. You could be a follower and even relate to Crabbe and Goyle! The list goes on.

To say that Twilight is mais relatable is not necessarily true, because relatability isn't always based on realisticness, and does not always refer to the main character. I'm just saying that I can find mais people to relate to in Harry Potter than Twilight. Again, it's just an opinion, and I don't mean to offend anyone.
