Okay sorry about the wait. I'm finally back from camp so here it is...part 5!! It's kind of a transition part, but there is something important in it, even though it does seem weird at first...Okay I'll shut up now.
2 days later.
“And then, Chan,” Annabelle grinned. “You and Darren could have babies!” The six kids, Lily, Chandler, Annabelle, Nikki, Darren, and Terrie, were seated in the living room of the Wayne manor, talking about relationships, for some unknown reason. Darren glared at the nine-year-old. “Annabelle, don’t believe every fanfiction you read!”
“Why?” Terrie whined from the couch.
Darren narrowed his eyes. “Men,” he said firmly. “Can’t impregnate men.”
Annabelle nodded, adjusting her glasses.
“Or cats,” Darren added. “Or cat-men.”
“Oh, kids,” Nix said fondly to Nathan, standing in the doorway of the room. “So naïve.”
Nathan nodded, smiling. The two stepped into the room, all six heads turned to face them.
“Kids,” Nix said briskly. “I know you’ve just settled in here, but we’re leaving again.”
They were shocked. The Cohn kids, Lily, Chandler, and Annabelle, stared at their new mother figure, their eyes round with fear and disbelief.
“We’re sorry,” Nathan said. “But we have to go. The whole Justice League is going out to find your parents’ killer, and bring them to justice. We’ll be back tomorrow.”
“You can’t go!” Lily whined, and the others murmured in agreement. “They’re gonna kill you too!”
Nix shook her head reassuringly. “They’re not going to kill us too. Don’t worry.”
“Can we come?” Annabelle asked, and all six kids nodded eagerly.
“Yeah!” Darren said. “We wanna be heroes too!”
Nathan crossed his arms across his chest. “You can’t,” he said firmly. “You’re too young.”
Their faces fell, and Nix quickly chimed in. “It’s way too dangerous out there. We’re dealing with a merciless killer here, one who took down your parents: 2 seasoned fighters. It’s far too risky for you. I’m sorry.”
The disappointment was etched on their faces, but there was nothing they could do. Nix gave each child a goodbye kiss, and then the two walked out the door and into the bioship, where the rest of the League was waiting. Alfred, the beloved aged butler, called them into the vast dining room, where they gathered around the long mesa, tabela already piled with dishes of food. Annabelle forced herself to eat, even though fear had ruined most of her appetite.
“I wonder who killed them,” Darren speculated, putting down his fork. “I mean, who killed your parents.”
Annabelle sighed. “Whoever it is,” she said firmly. “They are a horrible, horrible villain, who deserves to be brought to justice.”
The others nodded in agreement.
“For sure,” Lily said.
“I just wish we could come,” Nikki said wistfully. “Then we could find out, and make sure it happens.”
Chandler nodded resolutely. “Whoever it is, we could totally kick their butts!”
“Totally!” Annabelle agreed.
“You said a bad worrrrd!” Terrie whined from her high chair at the other end of the table.
“What?” Chandler asked. “Totally?”
“No!” Terrie pouted. “Butts!”
The children broke out in laughter at that, and Terrie, reveling in the attention, joined them. When Alfred came a few minutos later to clear the dishes and put them to bed, they were still laughing, the matter forgotten. Alfred smiled. Kids forget so easily.

I made a promise to you,
And you trusted me..
But i broke both,
I'm not sure who i should be...
I don't expect you to understand,
How much you mean to me,
You think i'm hurt,
But you just can't see...
You can never hurt me.
We were meant to be...
And we just cant see
Our love is blind.
One way, i believe love will never last,
And i may never belong,
No matter what they say,
I may never be truly strong.
I know who you truly are,
And you may think that life isn't your thing,
but for me you do,
You make my heart sing.
Our love is meant to be,
Our hearts aren't to far,
I know who you truly are,
Our love may be blind, but we both see
And you trusted me..
But i broke both,
I'm not sure who i should be...
