4. Storm’s Mohawk
This seems to be one of those amor it or hate it things. Some people like seeing Storm with a totally new look or think it’s just a great joke. Others intensely hate the new look and wish that the comic writers didn’t take away Storm’s dignity. Storm kept this hairstyle for a while but when she regained her powers she started growing it out again. Either way you have to admit Storm could pull it off unlike others on our list.

3. Longshot’s Mullet
I’ve read that the writers gave Longshot a mullet purely because you don’t see a lot of superheroes with mullets. There is a reason for this. It’s hard to take a character seriously when he’s sporting the patron hairstyle of rednecks everywhere. Thankfully he got a haircut recently in X Factor. One thing about Longshot’s hairstyle is you do actually find people in real life with this hairstyle so I assume that’s why it’s fairly low on the list.

2. Shatterstar’s Ponytails
I guess the Mojoverse has no fashion sense judging por two of its most famous inhabitants. Of course Shatterstar was a product of Rob Liefeld so what else can you expect. estrela had multiple ponytails and braids that seemed to change every panel and that really just makes it confusing. estrela also got a haircut in X Factor and a new costume to the cheers of many fans. Shatterstar’s hairstyle is iconic in its own way and I assume that was enough to save him from the number 1 spot.

1. Strong Guy’s Forehead Pigtail.
Strong Guy’s pig tail is fairly iconic and does fit his joker personality but you have to draw the line at some point. When you shave your head except for a small piece on your forehead that is across the line. This is probably one of the longest running hairstyles on this list. Strong Guy had his pig tail until, you guessed it, the new X Factor series! Wow that writer just loves updating looks.
Stryfe's true calling is fashion
1. Cable/Stryfe’s Umm Something
I put Cable/Stryfe because this was at the point when Stryfe was inhabiting Cable’s mind and forcing him to do odd things without his knowledge (fangirls please do NOT take advantage of this). So Stryfe decided he was going to give Nate a fashion lesson and grew this awesome rato tail, half shaved, beard combo. I really don’t know how to describe this thing so I’ll let the picture do the talking. Nate shaved it off after he regained control of his body leaving Stryfe to always mourn his amazing beard.
