Everyone had that one band that was there for them. As ludicrous as it may sound there will come points in your life where you feel utterly alone, isolated and pained. Despite all the smiling faces and comforting well wishers, you will feel alone. Except for that one band.

For my dad it was the 80's band Big Country, which saw him through a youth enlisted in the Royal Navy. When Stuart Adamson was found dead in a hotel bedroom in Honolulu, hung from an electrical wire attached to a pole in the wardrobe, my dad cried for days.
