Hello again, my fellow disney fãs :)

This artigo is similar to the one I did a while back with The Little Mermaid, but this one will be about The Lion King. Now, The Lion King, for me, is also one of my topo, início favorito disney Classics. I think it has really gorgeous animation, both character animation and also the backgrounds/locations. The way the animators brought all these animais to life is just astonishing!
Like I wrote in the piece for Mermaid, I think it's funny to watch certain scenes in slow motion. That way you get mais of out the animation. You can see where the animators have animated on the ones and twos, you can also see little details you normally wouldn't notice at normal speed. This is why I make these artigos about disney Animation in Slow Motion.

Image 1: Simba

Description of the sequence: Pumbaa are cantar to Simba about how he always got got downhearted, every time that he... But Timon cuts him off, saying: "Hey, Pumbaa! Not in front of the kids!"
PrueFever's comment: This little sequence of Simba has always been one of my favorites! Just look at how confused he's looking xD

Description of the sequence: After Simba has convinced Nala to to to the waterhole with him, both cubs has to be given permission from Sarabi. They both ask "Please" at the same time.
PrueFever's comment: This is such a cute moment. I'm sure many people, young and old, fell for this little sequence here. I know I sure did! :D

Description of the sequence: Mufasa and Simba playfully tumble around in the grama and Simba ask his dad if they're friends.
PrueFever's comment: I amor this sequence from the movie. It's just so beautiful animated and moving at the same time.

PrueFever's comment: One cool sequence of Simba, protecting Nala from Shenzi. I amor Simba's angry expression here. I even have the first frame of Simba painted in my bedroom. xD

Description of the sequence: As Pumbaa tells Timon he thinks the animal might still be alive, Timon reacts with disgust.
PrueFever's comment: Just a funny little sequence with Timon. I have always loved his expression here.

Description of the sequence: Simba yells for his dad as a wildebeest catches Mufasa from behind, drawing him back into the stampede.
PrueFever's comment: A haunting sequence with Simba. One thing I amor about the animation here, is Simba's eyes. In the first few frames they're filled with shock and terror, but then you start to see the concern as well. Beautiful animated!
