Does anybody feel that the series should change its name to Uchiha Shippuden instead of naruto Shippuden?

Of course not!!! Why would I think that? The series is about Naruto, not the Uchiha clan, though Uchihas do feature in it prominently, however, naruto is still the main character and he's mais awesome than any Uchiha! He deserves to have the series named after him!
