yeah it's a good idea. but it gets negative feedback. its original and never been done before. its a good concept. people need to be open to it!!

I agree that it's original and it's nice that it's not the same thing that every vampire does, but it could have been done way better than sparkling. The sun is supposed to be a weakness, and sparkling isn't a weakness. I'd much rather they burn.

I have nothing against a new mythology, but sparkling? That's the reason people hate and mock the series.

If it was something other than sparkling, I HIGHLY doubt that Twilight would be as mocked as it is. The sparkling effect is just ammunition for mocking.
